The facilities provided in the room is not so great but you can live with that. Meal is ok but sometimes there's some sort of unhygienic things happen, utensils are unwashed sometimes , also they use cheaper products . Hostel fees is around 44000 per year, Its quite expensive but you've to pay.
The hostel scenes are what every government college offers. Separate single rooms are only provided to the MBBS students. Other than them, students are provided dorm, both in boys and girls hostel. You are allowed to redecorate your room to your choice. You are free to install AC and inverter but subject to its charge which you'll have to pay. Rest the charge of cooler and other electrical charges are free. there are frequent power cut-offs Common washrooms are there on each floor, and to be very honest, you can't expect them to be very tidy to the best of your interest. Every hostel has its own mess and canteen running where the food is not so great. They charge you around 40/ per meal and different charges for different items at the canteen which is relatively cheap than a mess. The food is not so good. The only advantage you get of choosing the hostel is that it is within the campus and easy for you to attain really early Morning class.
Hostel rooms are good but you can't stay alone . 2-3 students get single room . The hostel has mess where you can get good that is breakfast , lunch and dinner . Also the college has canteen where you can get food and junk foods.
Hostel facilities are good , however during the 1st year you may have to live in sharing ,but after that u get single room .Mess food is also of good standard ,and canteen opens 24 hours during exams .In case you decide to reside out of hostel ,nearby the

The campus is very poor the infrastructure is not that good. The only annual fest is nurses week which is celebrated for a week to appreciate the role of nurses in society. In this week many activities are performed.
There are extra curriculum activities in our college. The annual fest that is Aura is happening every year. Sports meet also organized. There is a football ground, basketball ground, and volleyball ground also.
The annual fest is AURA which is conducted in mid-year to give relaxation to students in this hectic schedule. There is a good library in the college open from morning to 11:30 pm. There is a good playground also for various games.
All the festivals are celebrated in our goverment medical college Patiala. Good and easy-going college life. There are societies forcillege fests, discipline committed, mess committees. The main festivals of the colleges are college fest ( aura), sports meet, Fresher's party, Lohri celebrations, holi party, teej celebrations on the campuses. Life of relaxed, good, and fun of fun here. There are many hostels 2 for the girls and 1 for the boy hostel and 1 for PG students. The hostel fee is INR 34,300 per year ( it may vary according to the time ). PG's are also available and the fees are around INR 6000-7000 per month. Excellent food is served in the mess. The amount for the food is about INR 35 per meal. Classrooms are fully ventilated. Overall an average infrastructure. There is also a tv room in the hostel for the entertainment of the hostelers. Sometimes wifi is not working ( unavailable ). The library is good highly ventilated and ypu get all kinds of books related to your subjects.
Hostel facilities were very good quality also very good registration process will be done on the spot. The locality is out of town so it is difficult to rent a room or a PG. Menu of the meals will be decided by the students.
