Campus placement is less. The only a couple of companies will visit the college like Cipla and Himalaya which will preferably choose d Pharmacy students over b Pharmacy students. So have to apply out of the campus for placements. As I saw Cipla visited once and offered 3 lakhs per annum for 4 students of final year b Pharmacy. But can get more salary by completing M.Pharma. Percentage of Students getting selected in campus selection is quite less.. average students can pass those interviews hardly, but if you regularly study and have quite good basic knowledge and in-depth knowledge about the concepts and others then it will be piece of cake for those students. And diploma students get more campus selection opportunities because they will pay less for them and get the same work done. So they prefer more diploma students.
As I'm planning to clear GPAT exams and of it goes good then ill do M.Pharm or else I'll do business.
