Eligibility for getting admission to my college is good rank in kcet and we can join via offline councelling which is conducted by our college, every year for left out seats the fee is less compared to other colleges of same course
For Bachelor in Pharmacy, admission is done on the basis of the rank obtained from Kcet (Karnataka CET) exam. And if the seats were left then those seats will be distributed on the basis of PU marks. For diploma in pharmacy also the seats are given on the basis of Kcet and merit. I chose this college over many other colleges because its the one and only government college of pharmacy in Karnataka. And knowledge can be acquired much because of strict examinations and faculty. Goods- there's a good environment with friends and all for studies and the certificate from government college is more valuable for placements and all. Bads- you cannot enjoy college life much as compared to private colleges (one can understand how GOVERNMENT colleges will be). This college belongs to the Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences and the website is rguhs.in. and you can access to all notifications about colleges on that website only. Hope I've given a brief and well defined review of our college.
Government college of Pharmacy provides with B. Pharma program. The interested students must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Indian Board. They will have to give the entrance exam and based on their merit they will be selected.
I registered through college's website with all the required documents, application form can be acquired both online and offline. The final selection is based on the marks obtained in CET counselling conducted by Director of medical education, government of Karnataka.
All the interested students should have 55% marks in SSLC exams with science subjects as major with maths or biology. Students should fill the application form along with xerox copies of plus 2 mark sheets. Shortlisted students will be intimated for interview.
B. Pharm admissions are based on the marks scored in Plus 2 with 55% marks in Physics, chemistry and biology or maths. Students will get a notification for interview if they are selected. Candidates should show all the original certificates for validation.
Entrance exam named KCET was conducted by the college as the basis of its score, selection were made of the students. And on a basic students were just needed to have 50% with PCB for applying in the college
As per the marks I achieved in my entrance exam i was given here a seat.As this was a very good college for pharmacy I wanted my admission to be done in this college only. Exam questions were very complexly made
Like all other graduation programme masters in pharmacy also have an entrance exam for which you have to prepare very well. The exam is pretty hard and admission is only granted on the basis of scores obtained in this exam.
I was given admission to the college on the basis of my NEET scores. I have to fill an online application form which comes with a registration fee and then went to the college for documents verification and paid the fee.
