Government Law College, Thiruchirappalli was established in 1979. The Government Law College, Thiruchirappalli is one of six government law colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. The Government Law College is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr Ambedkar Law University, Chennai and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The College is a pioneer institution imparting legal education catering to the needs of central districts of Tamil Nadu. The college will produce many more eminent jurists and socially responsible advocates in the years to come. The college offers five year B.A., B.L. Degree Course and two y ear Full Time M.L. Degree Course.
