Candidates applying to the Honors courses of B.A., B.Sc. and B.Com. should have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognized board with English as a compulsory subject. A candidate also must have obtained 50% marks in aggregate and 45% marks in the concerned Honors subject (40% for SC/ST candidates).

Charuchandra College Application Process 2024

Candidates can apply only through online mode. Candidates need to select their choice of subjects and pay the application fees online. Here are the steps to apply:

I applied for various other colleges such as Heramba Chandra College, Prafulla Chandra College, Dinabandhu Andrews College, Bidhannagar College, KK Das College. I couldn't make it there because of the new admission process of Calcutta University. I didn't get rejection from any college. In the new process you can apply for various colleges but you can get approval for only one College and if you do not want to get admission in the college. Then you have to cancel the admission and repeat the same process again . As my college is under Calcutta University so it has to follow the university rules and process of admission.

As such no eligibility of course ull be selected on merit basis on class 12 results. Respected website for every college is present in internet just search the college name No such reservation available 6 semester each semester has different set of books to study and give exams period before each exam is 4 months approax No such improvement suggested

Unwanted fees structure. Poor addmission process

Admission:

There are no entrance exam. Addmission process is very poor . Fees structure is too high compassion other colleges. No library facilities,no cantine, no hostel facilities. No extra tution facility. But the college authorities collect fees all above facilities. Addmission process is easy for player. Charuchandra callage is also know as sports college.that because the collage athletic team , football team, and cricket team is very impressive performance. But the student if he/she introduce himself as a player he/she get no extra facility from college. I want to see college improve there fees structure. And also they could not be take any false fees from the student.

This palce was my second home.

Admission:

The admission ran smooth, necessary help was provided from officials as well as the seniors volunteering. Admission was made on the basis of merit i.e the marks scored in 10+2. The minimum eligibility criteria were 50% in science subjects (best of four). Counselling day was messy at first but became organized soon. The staff was helpful and polite, it took more than 6 hours to complete the entire process for admission.

Remarks:

Many seniors of my school took admiasion here, in same cource, I'm studing (Zoology honours). During college admission, I asked them about the college and they gave nice review about Zoology Department of Our college. Moreover I've also heard that Many Calcutta University (CU) toppers in Zoology are from our college and the zoology department of our college is one of the best Zoology department under CU.
