08 Aug, 2025 Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2025 is ongoing for MBBS/ BDS courses. The last date for choice filling @tnmedicalselection.net is extended to August 12, 2025. The Seat Allotment will be out on August 14, 2025. Check revised schedule.

05 Aug, 2025 MCC NEET UG 2025 Round 1 registration deadline has been extended @mcc.nic.in upto Aug 6, 2025, for MBBS/ BDS/ BSc (Nursing) admission. The choice filling facility will be available till Aug 7, 2025, and the Round 1 Seat Allotment will be published on Aug 9, 2025. For details, Click Here.

SBDCH Chennai BDS is offered as 4 Years Full Time program. The minimum eligibility criteria for BDS is 10+2 + NEET. The total fees for SBDCH Chennai BDS in 2024 is ₹ 16.32 Lakhs for the complete course duration, which includes total tuition fees of ₹ 16 Lakhs. Earlier, the fees in 2020 - 2021 for BDS was ₹ 20.32 Lakhs.

SBDCH Chennai Hostel Fee is ₹ 75,000 to 1.5 Lakhs.

Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 4 year Full-time BDS Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement

Candidates who have passed HSC examination (Academic Stream of 10 +2 curriculum) of any State/CBSE/ISC or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, with the group of subjects specified below and obtained the minimum eligible marks prescribed are eligible to apply for admission to the course concerned.
Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50% of marks (in case of SC/ST/OBC 40%) taking together Physics, Chemistry & Biology and pass in English in the qualifying examination.

Age Limit:

Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the academic year. Date of birth given in the HSC/CBSE/ISC marks sheet or in the Birth Certificate/ Passport shall be taken for computing age of the candidate.

400000 per year tuition fees, 125000 per year hostel fees with ac room, 4500-5500 mess fees, 14000 exam fees per year I belong to OBC category We have to buy dental materials and machines every once in a while which costs us our own money
