Every student has to do the internship in the college itself 30000 per month is the stipened which very high in comparison to other states 100% students will do internship after that u can apply for housestaffship or prepare for PG entrance

A hurdled but fruitful course

Our college campus is separated from the hospital which is of a great advantage towards cleanliness . Faculties are good . Seniors are very helpful and friendly
The biggest med fest of eastern india AGON is held here . It's so much fun . There is a lot of extra curricular activities apart from studies. This type of college life is totally worth it .
We have 2 reading rooms to study which are open till 8 pm . It helps a lot

Dislikes

A little bit of washroom issues are there but it's manageable

Yeah it's a very long process ... But it's worth it . When we have the Dr. tag in front of our names . Although it's very difficult course .. needs a lot of hardwork and patience but after solving the problems of any patient that feeling is really great to experience.

CNMC has the best fest among all meducal colleges.
Teachers are very cooperative and friendly

Campus is quite small and there is lack of girls’ washroom

I believe our curriculum to be apt. There are frequent internal exams to have us prepared for our professional exams. However i feel the curriculum could include more clinical based senarios and we can learn better clinically than theoretically

The academic standard of the college is pretty good with all facilities and good patient load. The academic campus and hospital campus is separated so the campus is very peaceful. The strictness is adequate with good support from many, if not all teachers. College is also free from any political influence which also makes the campus very peaceful.

Location because it's in the southern Kolkata side, so the vehicle availability is nice
Timing cause it's not that far from my house.
Programmes cause the all types of program like cultural programmes, educational excursion etc are good.

Dislikes

Campus life is quite boaring for nursing students
Surroundings are quite dirty around the college
We have not any library access to our nursing college

Patient Exposure is more compared to private medical colleges
Well connected to other parts of the city.
Faculties are very good and academically sound.

Dislikes

Campus area is very small compared to other medical colleges.
The area surrounding the college is not very safe. Though the campus is secure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculties are good in almost all departments. There is one-semester exam per semester and 4 MB exams which happen at the end of the first, second, third and fourth years. The semester exams are easier to pass than the MB exams.

After completion of the undergraduate degree, we have to get postgraduate degrees.
