Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the B.Tech course are required to meet the following criteria:

All applicants are required to have passed 10+2 with a minimum 45% in aggregate, with Physics and Mathematics as well as Biotechnology/Chemistry/Biology.
Merit cut off is 40% for SC/ST candidates.
Applicants are also required to have a valid score in the BCECE entrance exam.
Candidates who have not yet received their 10+2 scores are allowed to apply and will be granted provisional admission until the submission of their scores.

Selection Criteria

Admission to the B.Tech course is conducted on the basis of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE).
Although admissions are generally conducted on the basis of the BCECE course, admissions to the B.Tech course for the year 2020 will be taken on the basis of the candidate’s JEE Main score.

How to Apply for B.Tech?

Although admissions are generally conducted on the basis of the BCECE course, admissions to the B.Tech course for the year 2020 will be taken on the basis of the candidates JEE Main score. Application to the B.Tech is conducted Online through the Official Website of the College. Candidates are required to apply with their JEE Main scorecard. Applicants are advised to follow the steps given below:

Visit the Official Website of the College and access the Admissions Portal.
Fill in the Application Form with the relevant personal information and academic details.
The college will then release a Merit List of the selected candidates
Selected candidates are then required to visit the campus and submit the copies of the necessary Certificates and Documents, along with Passport Size Photographs.

JEE Mains

The application fee for taking this exam varies with the type of candidature. The application fee is INR 650 (general category) and INR 325 (reserved category). The following section throws light on the requirements and the process of registration for JEE Mains.

Documents Required

Scanned and recent photograph coloured or black/white (but clear contrast) JPG/JPEG format. Size should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
Scanned signature in JPG/JPEG format. Size should be between 4 kb to 30 kb.
Application forms with unclear photographs will be rejected.

Course is followed according to AICTE and all the syllabus as per it. There are sufficient faculty and even for labs and workshops. The faculty and staffs are well qualified. The courses are tried to be on time.

It provides extra curricular activities other than the course like Robotics Clubs, Sports Club, Drama Club, Music Club, Sports Club.
The facilities like transport, sports, cafeteria was amazing too.

Dislikes

It was a bit more far from the good hospital, you have to travel a lot to get to a good hospital.
The canteen tender was quit unstable it was prominently changing.

1st year curriculum is the same for every branch we have similar subjects for all other branches (core only CSE, ME, CE, EEE) Now it offers many other courses like IOT and FT. The teachers were initially fantastic and the way they taught was fabulous, they always encouraged us to be enthusiastic.

I liked attitude of professor toward student also some professor in my department are exceptional.

Dislikes

So in my batch some students are not mature and they always do some crazy shit and put bad reputation of our batch.
Our campus is located in rural area so there are very few transportation available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I have a keen interest in mechanical engineering for circulum is similar to all engineering colleges that come under aicte. So student student-faculty ratio is about 30:1. Faculty are highly qualified in their field but they have less teaching experience hope that it will increase in the future because some faculties are exceptional in their field. The exam was held timely before the COVID period but after that, there has been a delay of 1-2 months. For the difficulty of the paper, it was easy to moderate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course Curriculum is also good and the faculty is quite Ph.D. holds good all the faculty are highly educated and the quarter provided for the faculty is inside the college so if you have any problem with the subject you should consultant them any time. All the faculty arers.

I chose Mechanical engineering. This college offers B.tech in civil engineering, electric and electronic engineering, computer science engineering, and mechanical engineering. Faculty members are more than 30, lab technicians and staff members are approx 60. And professors are good, maximum of them are IITIANs and NITIANs.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

Admission fee Rs2500 examination fee 32000 yearly cost about Rs8900 for all the courses i.e computer science & engineering, Electrical engineering, Civil engineering, Mechanical engineering. No extra fee is taken
