CIPET Ahmedabad B.E. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have passed the 10+2 level examination in the Science stream (Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry) with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).
• The upper age limit to apply for the course is 21 years.

CIPET Ahmedabad B. E. Selection Criteria

• Candidates have to appear in the GUJCET exam for admission into B.E course.
• The selection of students is solely based on merit in the entrance exam.
• A merit list is prepared based on the rank obtained by students.
• Those who have their names in the list are called for counselling.
• During counselling, applicants have to pick CIPET Ahmedabad as the preferred college.
• Based on the college picked and rank obtained, seats are allotted to candidates.

CIPET Ahmedabad M.E. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for M.E course, candidates must have completed a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Polymer / Plastics Engineering / Technology with a minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

CIPET Ahmedabad M.E. Selection Criteria

• The institute offers admission in M.E course on the basis of Gujarat PGCET exam
• Candidates who have a valid score in the exam have their names on the merit list which will be prepared after the result declaration.
• Such candidates have to appear for the counselling where they have to fill the choice of college (CIPET, Ahmedabad).
• The concerned authority will allot seats for admission based on merit and choice of college filled by the student.
• GATE qualified candidates are given direct admission in the M.E course.

• The students for these courses are selected through an exam called CIPET JEE that is conducted by CIPET.
• The exam is Computer based and takes place in different parts of India.
