Aspirants seeking admission to the program must fulfill the following criteria:
Academic Requirement:
- H.S. (10+2) examination of the Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal or equivalent Qualified Joint Entrance Examination conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board / JEE(Main) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education and recommended by the WBJEE Board
- 80% seats to be filled from qualified WBJEE candidates, 10% from qualified JEE(Main) candidates and 10% under Management Quota for candidates having valid rank cards of WBJEE / JEE(Main).
- An additional intake of 20% of the approved intake in the 2nd year (Lateral Entry) from Diploma holders and B.Sc degree holders through JELET conducted by WBJEE Board.

college is affiliated from makaut so course is given by them and that is only followed in college so there is nothing in this which can be changed by college and they follow the course and date very nicely and exams are conducted timely

Student ratio male 50 and female 18. Faculty are very good and well educated. There are 4 CA and 2 PCA exam and one final exam. Exams are not very difficult. If anyone study well he/ she can pass very easily

- College campus is not good ony a small ground have.

I have not chosen this course actually i have did some wrong choice in councelling. So, after that one frend recommended me his choice felling then i have got techno main saltlake Computer science branch in sub branch data science.

- Clubs activities and fests of each department
- Seminars and all the events which invite ias and IPS officer
Dislikes
- Not much of a college area to explore and spend time
- The metro connection is good but very side form most of kolkata

Course contains data science and ML subjects but to start as BSH in first year comprising of Mechanical lab and Ed drawing and starts at 3rd sem as intro to data science and more ML subjects in 3rd and 4th year

- Location of the College is good. It is closed to a metro station.
- The college is placed at IT hub of Kolkata. Opposite of the College company like TCS and WIPRO is situated
Dislikes
- Small campus. It's about 10 acres of land in it.
- Faculty is not good. They didn't have much knowledge in their field.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Faculties are not up to the mark. You get Teacher with 0 experience in the field they teach. But the course made by makaut is very good for every branch. The curriculum doesn't give burden to students to any nonsense thing that is not going to need in the field of their career.

I chose this course as I got this through my wbjee councelling . Student : Faculy = 60:1 For 1st year , students will be under the Department of basic science and most of the teachers in the Basic Science Department are under well qualified . Exams include CA , PCA and Semester are all scheduled by MAKAUT and they are very easy to score especially in CA and PCA

- So we dont have very big campus. Cricket ground should be there
- There is lot of pressure for students for the exam.

Course curriculum is good to be good. The reason behind chossing this course is data science is an emerging field. Faculty members are quite good and they are well qualified.You will not get bored.You will surely enjoy the course

- The playground is not so big and not have every Modern facilities.
Course Curriculum Overview:
See, Data science is an important field in today's life and I love playing with data so I choose it. We have 7-8 faculties in our department and many more lab supervisors. Faculty: students are like 1: 10. Everyone is highly qualified and one is from IIT Guwahati. They all have experience and very stylish teaching methods. Internal exams are easy and timely and semester exams are hard. Every year 200-300 students get supplies. No chance of cheating.

- Clubs provide various chances for the students to showcase their talents
Dislikes
- The college classroom are not upto the expectations
- The class get's cancelled suddenly which cause issues to the students who come from far away
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have choosed data science since it's very much on demand nowadays.The number of girls students is qite low as compared to the boys.The teacher's are quite good and have completed theor either MTech or PHD in their particular subjects. Since it's my first year so I haven't given my first semester exam.

- I like the campus so much. Anti ragging is fully maintained in the campus.
- The clubs are so nice . All the members of club motivate us to do something different. Specially the Samarth .
Dislikes
- The classroom are small and too hot.In the summer we have to suffer a lot
- Physics lab is not that good.I think they should look in to there Lab to improve it's materials

Techno main is a good college. And give mediocre package to the students every year. Student Faculty ration is 60:1 All the faculty is welll qualified. Some are Phd also from foreign.But not every teachers teaching methody is good In 1st sem no term xm was in timely.
