Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 5 year Full-time B.Arch Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

The Candidate must have passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as a subject and secured minimum 49.50% aggregate marks (44.50% for backward class candidates from Maharashtra State only) in the HSC (Std XII) examination.
Passed Diploma in under 10+3 diploma (any stream) Examination recognized by the central/ state government or its equivalent examination and secured minimum 50% aggregate marks. (45% for backward class candidates from Maharashtra state only). And hold the valid score at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture for the academic year (with a minimum 40% valid score.)

Fee Structure And Facilities:

Fees for architecture range from 1 lakh - 1.5 lakh per annum.One year fees has to be paid for admission.They accept DD or online transfer.Other fees for NASA association and insurance has to be paid seperate. Yes they provide transperancy in fee breakdown.

The fee structure for the mumbai university is quite similar to the other Colleges. The fees is not very expensive for architecture course. Although, architecture itself is an expensive course as it requires a lot of stationery

In my college architecture stream, there are the fee structure is domain trip divided in the management quota. There are the full filled in the college and second thing is the merit list. There are only University fees are conducting.
