PESITM B.E / BE (Lateral) Eligibility Criteria:
- For BE: Students who have passed PUC/10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects Chemistry /Computer Science / Electronics/ Biotechnology / Biology, with at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category as per Government order) in the above subjects taken together.
- For BE (Lateral): Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved institution; with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.
- For admission under management quota, students should compulsorily appear in CET/COMEDK/JEE or any other entrance test for professional program.
PESITM B.E / BE (Lateral) Selection Process:
- Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in COMEDK UGET or KCET Examinations.
- For management quota admissions, the admissions are based on the marks in qualifying examination, but the candidate need to have a valid COMEDK UGET or KCET score

The curriculum the college PESITM follows Visvesvaraya Technological University. The VTU is situated at Belgaum, Karnataka. The college follows 8 semesters -4 years methodologies with two internal assessments and lab examinations accordingly.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The college follows Visvesvaraya Technological University for its curriculum. The VTU is a okayish university as a few rules have not been updated yet according to the growing generation. The university follows 8 semesters-4 years method. Each semester has two internal assessments and lab examinations along with that. The exam difficulty ranges from easy to medium.

I have opted electronics and communication engineering as my course. I have admitted to this course because I love working with the circuits. and is the only special course in which further you can do software jobs or hardware which you want.. so I took this course ... Coming to talk about faculty , they were amazing. Friendly nature . Faculty qualification is some of them are PhD holders and others are msc , BE or any other double degree holders. There teaching methods is really good for some topics they teach practically and use ppts presentation and on board teaching... really good.. Exams will appear for once in 6 months, semester examinations.And as electronics and communication engineering student I suggest you all from myself that if you are really good in circuits and programming than it is really good but for some who are intermediate in knowledge of circuits,equations and programming .than it will be little tough. Although I want to say you that " Hardwork is key to success"
Fee Structure And Facilities:
Feasible. They charge 20000 as college fees, 10500 as bus fees, 4000 as placement training fees, and 56000 as government fees for CET students (government quota) From management students quota they take above one lakh

The fees structure was feasible compared to the other colleges But students who have entered through management qouta would be bare more money and students entered through govt quota have lesser than them because of ranking based admission. But compared to other colleges it's feasible.

Fees structure is feasible compared to other colleges but management qouta students has more fees compared to govt quota students other than that fees was feasible. But some of the students cannot bear much amount for buses.

Fee structure was feasible for only Students who got admission through government quota. But it was really expensive for the management students. For engineering it costs around 6 lakh in management but for government quota it costs around 3.5 lakh.
