The infrastructure was quite commendable and the teachers by far were the best when it comes to helping us during our time there
Library was filled with books and we never had any problems in finding notes or study materials at that time

Dislikes

Less co curricular activities made college life filled with only studies for the majority of the year
The student council was still developing but as time will pass I feel it will grow.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course as I had earlier studied in the commerce background so I opted for that. When it came to the college, it helped me learn the course in depth and it further provided more information on the course materials and later build us towards a proper approach to studies. The timing of exams were very easy and easy for all the students considering some of us had part time jobs to attend.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

Feasible and we mostly paid cash. Also the college is very much transparent in their fee breakdown. There is no additional fees or you do not need to pay any kind of donation to study there. So any family can afford their daughter/son‰Ûªs fees to study there

Fee Structure And Facilities:

Fee is affordable. We don't need to pay per semester we just need to pay for 2 semester and mode of payment is offline we have to go to bank and need to deposit. we don't need to pay security we get direct admission. It depends how we got mark in exam.

Shillong College aims to provide good quality education to students at a very minimal fee that doesn't put any kind of financial burden on students. The fee costs around Rs 13000 per year which is very feasible and justified with the kind of facilities provided by the university.

Fee structure differs for courses. However, its not really expensive. Special category is given to SC/ST/OBC and they receive their fee refunded as scholarship annually.
