After 10 th I have choosen humanities as my higher education.So I prefer political science but unfortunately I got admission in BA History.At the begining I felt little bit difficult.Then my faculty members helped me a lot.Then I felt comfort.

B.sc electronics,this course has computer science along with electronics. We can choose computer science for higher studies. Exam fee is more campare to other courses due to lab . Electronics has very good subject.

Some distance to walk from front gate to office.
As its a bit difficult to pass by a four Wheeler in the other direction.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of best college in palakkad. It offers variety of courses both UG and PG. The curricular aspects of govt college chittur is an arts and science college that offers twenty courses in fourteen disciplines. There are six PG department and two of them( music and tamil) are research centers. The college follows the curriculum designed by the affiliate nature of the college allows freedom only. The choices are made often in tune with emerging trends. Subjects like computer application, biotechnology, microbiology, journalism and GIS are incorporated in different disciplines as a compulsory component. College provides a computer awareness program. To train the students to approach knowledge with a spirit of enquiry. Value based education.

Course Curriculum Overview:

History leads to the past and knowing our past will make us a better citizen. This was the reason why I chose History. Choosing history can make us understand our culture, tradition in a better way and help us understand societal problems in a better way as we view the problems in a historical perspective. The teachers in the history department of the college are very friendly towards the students and are updated in their fields. The exams are conducted semester wise at the end of every semester and the exams are moderately difficult.

Friendly teachers are one of the main attraction of this college.
Hostel and it's atmosphere is fine like an aged wine.

Dislikes

College union is the main thing you'll get sick with.
Food and water quality is not matched high level of standards.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose geography for my graduation because of it was a rare course and only provided by three govt college in Calicut University. It is a good course and it's sub disciplines are very nice to connect with others. Frequency of exams are based on the time duration of finishing the semesters. Usually it's two sem exams in a year and with some other reasons it may get delayed. In course of three years all 6 semesters and it's exams along with project and practical will be finished. Field trip is the main attraction of the course.

For us, there's no scope of campus placement because we can only enter into the cooperative sector only after getting the results and so we are can apply or approach only after that. But the department can help you provide internship in the co-operative Bank near the college with the help of the Circle Cooperative of Chittur

Remarks:

One of the main matter, it is the nearest college for me that my course occur. And of course the academic history of the college. I was opted botany as my main hence it is the best place to explore the taxonomical studies, because it is highly ecofriendly as well as environmentally beautiful college. the college is situated nearby the "shokanashini"river and it's riverine forest, these make the college heavenly feeling.
