Campus life in SSV, Irapuram

Likes

The faculty is generally friendly and supportive towards the students.
There are good computer labs available in the college.
Clubs like NSS are active in the college and helps for the betterment of the students.

Dislikes

There is room for improvement in the canteen facilities.
Campus placement is not up to the mark and can be improved.
Opportunities in the sports area can be improved.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I was interested in programming and the course helped me to develop and improve my coding skills.There can be improvements in the course curriculum as it is mostly theory. It would have been better if there was more practical sessions. Timing of exams are good and pass marks can be scored quite easily.

The playground is really good. Flora within the college creates a unique beauty.

Dislikes

No sort any annual fest. The college authorities does not allow any funds for the such activities. But religious programs are provided with much funds. Which are mostly attend by the faculty, authorities, syndicate members.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The sem exams were conducted according to the university calendar. Exams were easy to pass but difficult to get great scores. 1st and 2nd sem covered the basics the rest 4 sem focused more on core subjects. Each sem has lab exams.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester onwards our placement will start and the student became eligible for placement. There were so many companies that visited our college such as Wipro TCS Ust Tech Mahindra etc. The company will provide a highest salary pacakge such as 3 lakh per year. The percentage of students getting placed is more than 60 percentage. My plan after degree is to go abroad and study
