Vidyalankar Campus doesn't have hostel facilities. Most of the OHU students prefer PG and Hostels in nearby localities. I live in Bunts Sangha working women's hostel in Kurla. Rent for the hostel differs for students and working women. Rooms are fully furnished and well managed and hygienic. Food can be rated as 7/10. Mess charge is the same for all which includes breakfast and dinner.
As Vidyalankar institute of technology dobt have hostel near college.I'm leaving in rented rooms. It cost 6000 per month excluding food and other facilities. We have to take care of food by ourself so the total amount of montly expenditure is nearly 9000 or more.
No I have not opted for hostel facility. As college is in Wadala, Mumabi hostel is in Nerul Navi Mumbai. Herd good review about hostel as in person I hve not visited the hostel. Average rent was 8k per month. And hostel locality is good.
the hostel facilities also very nice but it is far from low quality located in Thane the college is very good and hostel facilities also a1 and 24 hours is the telephone online undertaken contact with their parents and emergency
Yeah, I am a hosteler. The hostel rate is also feasible. Its total semester fees is 13 thousand. There is total 5 hostel then there ia lots of space. In this hostel there is 3 playgrounds. And seperate hostel canteen.
The college comprises of two large canteens and provides a wide variety of delicacies. The V Lounge is a stylish cafeteriaesque canteen with ample seating space. The Canteen on M Block has a seating capacity of 120 students which can be utilized by students as well as the staff of all 3 colleges on campus viz Vidyalankar Polytechnic, Vidyalankar School of Information Technology and VIT Engineering and VIT School of Management
I have never been in hostels of the college, so I m not the right one to talk about that... The fee structure is feasible because for any MMS program you have to pay a healthy amount of money but as compare to other b schools college MMS fees are good, we paid 153000 per year for this course which includes all the things which are necessary.
I don't stay in a hostel. But I would rate the canteen food. The canteen is a pure vegetarian which provides various options such as snacks, Chinese, South Indian and rice plate. There are huge options to choose from and taste of each and every food item is excellent. For those who stay in hostel/PG/rent, there is a full lunch plate available at Rs. 60 which includes rice, 3 chappatis, dal, 2 veggies, papad and pickle.
There was no hostel provided by the college. The campus was small, with only 1 college building and a ground surrounding it. So people who were visiting college had to rent an apartment nearby. Also there were 2 canteens. The menu there mostly consisted of snacks and few items for lunch. The sanitation in the cafeteria was quite decent but the food prices were a bit too high considering we were students surviving on pocket money.
