Opportunity at Vidyalankar institute of technology

The syllabus of the college is very unique and focuses on improving students skill and developing his/hers practical knowledge and abilities
Vidyalankar Institute of technology provides great faculties who are highly experienced and highly qualified with a good teaching plan

Dislikes

Despite having good placements there is not a guarantee of a 100% placement
Due to the area there is sometime shortage of water which occurs but rarely

One of the USP of getting admission to Vidyalankar institute of technology is that they provide a concept of my time table which allows students to choose faculties and the time slot of their choice which enhances the students pace and quality of learning. All the faculties plays a role of a good mentor

Some of the things which I appreciated in this college were the sports opportunities, they have all kinds of sports teams, you can also go for nationals if your team performs well.
Vidyalankar polytechnic boasts an impressive campus that caters to every student’s needs, the college offers three canteens which provides good food, the campus provides ample parking facilities for the students as well as the professors.

Dislikes

So i will be honest, there are a lot of things which i disliked about this college, as i mentioned above only some of the faculty members are helpful, from my personal experience i have faced a lot of problems with my professors and teachers.
The course i opted for which was Electronics and telecommunications had a lot of practical work to perform, but the labs of this college were very poor, some of the equipments wont work as they should

Faculty:

There are two answers to this question, yes there are a lot of professors who are very helpful and can guide you right but at the same time there are some who would not help you that much, no hate to the professors i am just talking about my personal experiance, every group of students are allotted a mentor who you can go to if u are facing any problems. But only some mentors actually help you. The teaching techniques are good by some professors but also totally opposite by some other professors.

Placements, discipline maintained in campus

Faculty:

Faculties are efficient, most of them have done their masters and ph.d so they're experts in their fields. Handle students well and show interest and passion for their subjects. Help eith personal projects and are open to working along with students.

The faculty members are well qualified and are very supportive towards the students. The professors are cooperative with the students as they play special role in students life. As all professors are not open minded students don't interact very often with the faculty members

Faculty:

The effectiveness and qualifications of the faculty members enhances the learning experience at VIT. A faculty to student ratio is on an average 1:50 with a supportive learning environment. The faculties are highly qualified professional with industry experiences in their respective field. The teaching approach is a mix of theoritical and practical real life application based. Every Student has a mentor faculty regularly engaging with students through meetings, etc ensuring they are approachable for academic and career guidance.

Likes

Due to autonomy the college teaches only the subjects that are important according to the current requirement for placement.
College really has lots of events and also interclass competition every year.

Dislikes

The My timetable that the college has started is the waste of time according to me. You don't usually get your desire faculty.

Faculty:

Teaching is exceptionally good. Teachers uses ppt and many other ways to provide insights of the topics. Although my interactions with teachers are very low but I can say for sure they solves all the doubts of the students.

I like the infrastructure and the classrooms were neat and clean with ACS
The campus of the colleges great it is a huge compass with playgrounds

Dislikes

I didn't like the my time table concept which is opted in this college
And there are no ID card scanners in the college to entry

Faculty:

The faculty to student ratio is very great they have elected mentors for each batch and one batch consists of around 2230 students these mentors skip tracking the students academics. The teachers are well words to technology the teachers on the smart board as well as the blackboard. And very often interact with the teachers and it is very easy to approach any teacher and ask anything if you want to talk personal you can ask the teachers and mentors they will guide you

My Time in VIT

It has a great infrastructure and a very nice campus
The crowd is very nice and is very optimistic

Dislikes

It is far from home so sometimes travelling become a bit hectic
There are lot of students-runned clubs and events so can't participate in all

Faculty:

The faculty members are really nice and teach very well.So in VIT we have a concept of my-timetable in which you can select your own teachers.They all are really nice mentors as well.They assure that you understand everything.The student ratio is about 1:60 for theory lectures and 1:20/30 for lab sessions

The college has a great campus and amenities
The teaching staff of the college is really good

Dislikes

It is a bit far from my home so sometimes travelling
It has lots of events and clubs.So sometimes they consume time

The faculties are really good and they teach very well. They all are great mentors and interact with students and make sure everything's smooth.The faculty to student ratio is around 50-60 students per teacher for theory lectures and around 20 students per teacher for practical sessions

college campus is very good and having awesome infrastructure.
the food in the canteen is tasty and college also provide the placement.

Faculty:

the classes are divided into two section section A and B. the staff use all the technology as they use projectors and ppt to teach the students. all the teacher holding masters degree. teacher solves the query one on one also. i usually interact with teachers daily.
