Shri Pillappa College of Engineering Bangalore Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

The college offers B.E in 5 different specializations. Admission is given on the basis of score in COMEDK and KEA (CET).

Candidates who have passed the second PUC or 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized State/Central Government Board with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates of Karnataka) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and must have passed these subjects individually are considered eligible to appear in COMEDK (UGET).

Candidates who have passed Q.E. with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biotechnology/English/Computer Science/Biology/Electronics as optional subjects with the minimum aggregate of 45% (40% in the case of SC/ST/OBC candidates) are considered eligible for KEA (CET). The score of qualifying examination and CET are taken proportionally and the rank list is prepared accordingly.

Important points about admission:

• Candidates are given admission to the B.E. course as per the rank list produced by the concerned authorities.
• Qualified candidates are called for counselling and seat is allotted according to the rank/merit of the candidate in the common entrance test.
• Shortlisted candidates have to pay the admission fee as fixed by the college.
• Candidates can apply under the management or NRI quota directly by filling the online application form free of cost.
• Admission to such candidates is given based on their marks obtained in the optional subjects of the qualifying examination.
• Applicants who have qualified the diploma examination conducted at SPCE are eligible to apply for admission to B.E. in the appropriate discipline.
