GMR private good lab facilities and good academic curriculum

Dislikes

Rules and restrictions about id card shoes uniform these are unpleasant to the student
The college have eye fee structure which is a inefficient to the poor peoples

the things i like in this collage was class rooms which are ventilate we get fresh air
the environment in my campus was good we are surrounded with lots of tress and beautiful structures

Dislikes

the drinking water facilities in my block was poor some times we used to go other branches for drinking water
the washroom maintenance was not good the placements are average

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate my college as 9 of 10. because I love civil and I have some basic knowledge of it I have a civil background which motivated me to take this course. the civil is the branch which is a pillar of construction without any doubt civil plays a key role in all industries for any start the first thing we need is the proper stay in the real world in a constructive way. the teaching methods are very good the faculty works with us and demonstrates the real workshops which help us to learn the basics easily. the way the teaching has to improve is to take the student to a real work field to demonstrate the real work process of civil field demonstration in the lab was good but the real world situation teaches the best way. the exams are based on what we prepare during the class works, the exam frequency is 3 months, and once a year we have 2 semesters which helps us to know what we learn

My college has great infrastructure compare with other collegs
My college provides good facilities for faculty as well as students

Placement Experience:

From 7th semister onwards students become eligible fircampus placements. The visiting companies are L&T, Gmr group, wipro and TCS etc in every year. Upto this 6LPA and 4LPA highest and average packages.

The college the mostly I like it the environment and the study for catching area which has a great library and books
The things I like good is the club environment and the student participating in various activities helps to develop among themselves

Dislikes

The college the timings were were not good as compared to the other college in which we have to focus on the respective classes
In respect to the time table the break time and the lunch time is minimum and required to provide more time for refreshment

Placement Experience:

The placements opportunities covered by the college are very good each and every students get placed with an average is package of 4 lakh. Many companies like LNT JSW and many more companiested to our college with high repetation and we have gained the month more attention and grabed the opportunities which are provided by them.

Greenary and the infrastructure of the college will attract us.
We have lot of club activities involved in the college which will enhance the student technically.

Dislikes

Strict rules and regulations where students are faced difficult.
If the arrival of the student is late to the college then college will find a amount of 50/- rupees which is not good for the student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Is very informative and help as a lot with his specially designed courses for the betterment of students. The teachers give us real world examples and applications in the laboratories and absors to gain in a lot more confidence to gain the importance of the studies and give us a practical exposure fields.

The faculty we are provided with explaining very good to the students
Black and the system provided in the campus for the improvement of students are working very good

Placement Experience:

Our college placement drive from which many of the students are getting place in every year really 50% of the college and placed in it in our college ki 4 lakh per aana and the highest package received the student is 12 lakh per annum.

I like sports in the college which makes me fit.

College timings are not good. Single class hour is 1 hour.

Our curculam have different courses, it provides different courses which makes us to learn out of the field like houners, minors, department electives and addon courses. Internships helps us to learn real time world application and academic pursuits

Availability of quality labs with good faculty members
Hygiene environment in GMRIT campus with many trees and plants.

Dislikes

The hostel fee we are asked to pay is not affordable and not worthy.
The hostel food provided in hostels is not cooked properly.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students are eligible to enter into the campus placements. There are more than 10 core companies visit our civil branch and nearly 50+ companies visit our college campus. There are very good companies like LnT, TCS, GMR airport, etc. The highest package received was 12 lakhs per annum. And average package is 4 lakhs per annum. In our civil branch, 50% students get placed every year. In complete campus, it's around 50% students are placed every year. I would like to plan to go for M. Tech in Structural Engineering for my higher studies.

Lateral entry is available in GMR COLLEGE

Yes, lateral entry is available in this college for the B.Tech course. The eligibility for the same is 10+3 along with the scores of the ECET entrance exam.
