For UG courses- Science provides 400 seats, Humanities provides 700 seats and Accountancy provides 130 seats. For PG courses, Science provides 110 seats and Humanities provides 161 seats.

The National Service Scheme or NSS contains over 40 volunteers and they have devoted their time for social service that will help in the development of the community. The volunteers take part in different National Level Camps and Republic Day Parade Camp.

The Student's Union has been introduced in college which consists of a group of democratically elected students. It consists of several departments like cultural departments, magazines, and literature departments, common room department, games, and sports department, student welfare and social welfare department, Bijan Parishad department, and so on.

What kind of physical activities has the college helped to implement for the students?

The college has a Yoga center that is managed by a qualified trainer called Sri Niroj Das every Monday. The college also organizes Athletics Meet and has been extremely successful at various State level and District level competitions. Indoor sports facilities, as well as gyms, are provided by the college as well.

All students are expected to wear formal clothes, however, there are no uniforms as such. Identity Cards are mandatory and are issued by the Students Union of the college itself.
