Mahishadal Raj College offers UG courses in B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com/ BCA (Honours/ General) programs. B.Sc. (Honours) program has eleven specializations, B.A. (Honours) program has nine specializations and B.Com (Honours) program has Accountancy as a specialization. The duration of every UG program is three-year.

- Candidates who have applied for B.Sc. Economics Hons., must have passed in Mathematics at HSC otherwise will not get any admission.

B.Voc. is a regular UG course of three-year duration with two specializations and intake of 50 students in each discipline.
Eligibility criteria required to get admission in the course is pass in 10+2/ HSC or its equivalent qualifying examination from a recognized Board.
Admission of the candidates is done on the basis of their score obtained in the qualifying examination as per the rules of the Selection Committee.

Mahishadal Raj College PG Admission 2024
The College offers M.A. and M.Sc. program of two-year duration in two specializations each.
Applicants who have completed B.A. Honours in relevant subjects are eligible to apply for admission to MA program. While the candidates who have passed B.Sc. Honours, are eligible for admission to M.Sc. course.
Admission is given as per the rules of the State Government, 60% seats in each subject is reserved for Vidyasagar University students and is filled on merit basis.
Whereas admission for the remaining 40% seats is given through Open Competition (Entrance Test) conducted by the institute.

Key Points to remember for PG Admission:
- 22% seats and 6% seats in each course are reserved for SC and ST candidates under 60% seats of Vidyasagar University respectively.
- Whereas, 3% seats are reserved for Physically Disabled candidates.
- 60% seats for Vidyasagar University students, are filled through counselling followed by open competition conducted for 40% of the seats.
- Candidates who have enrolled under 60% seats are not allowed to appear in the open competition.
- In case, seats reserved for SC category remains vacant then it will be adjusted in the ST category and vice versa. The same condition applies to other categories as well.

For UG program:

- Click on “Online Application” link.
- Fill the application form correctly and carefully.
- Candidates need to fill different application form for each honours course.
- Upload the photograph and signature.
- Pay the application fee.
- Click on “Confirmation” button and submit the form.
- For Online Mode, Candidates shall submit the application fee of through Net Banking/ Credit and Debit card.
- For Offline Mode, pay through Bank Challan at either ICICI Bank or United Bank of India.
- Take three print outs of the Challan, one copy for self, one for bank and another one for College.

For B.Voc Course:

For taking admission in this College You have to pass Higher Secondary with almost 75-80% marks in average and about 75+% marks in which subject you want to take admission here. The application form is available online and you have to first apply online to take admission during the admission season, and college will provide you with a particular date for your physical verification and hence you got admission to this college.
Reservation for minority students is available according to the rule of UGC.
During the admission time, you have to stay in a long line which is very disgusting. So I think it should be updated.

To take admission on Bsc in any stream you have to qualify about 75% in total and 75+ in your mainstream in HS.
But here you can take admission by money given under the table if you don't qualify the cut-off marks to take admission ????..
Application is an online process, but you have to present in the right hall room at the time of admission, otherwise, you will lose your seat which is will be filled up in some black way. All category reservation according to the Guidelines of UGC is allowed here. You have to keep patience in the admission line because they take admission of all students on a particular day, so you have to stay in a long line for your admission approval. This is the too boring situation.

ADMISSION PROCESS: No, there is no entrance-type examination for admission at the Undergraduate level. Admission takes place by marks obtained in classes 12th and 10th.
The first shortlisted applicants by the basis of their marks (as said above) and the College give a counseling date for admission. At the time of admission, you have to pay some admission fees to book your seat. Yes, there are some seats for sc, st,obc and PWD candidates.No minimum age required. You can apply to various subjects but you have to choose only one of them if you get it. Suppose you get a seat for Mathematics but after some days you get a chance to take admission in Physics then you have to show a payslip given by college during your admission in Mathematics to reduce the admission fees. The admission happens in a hall room and some officers will come and call the name of the eligible candidates. If you were once absent at the time of counseling, if you are eligible for the applied subject you will not take admission.
