The highest package offered to be Rs 19 lacs and the average package standing at about Rs. 9 lacs. The successfully places 100% of the students with of course exceptions being those who opt for family business and entrepreneurship.
The record of placements has been average with the median salary offered to be 12lpa. Being a fresher I've experienced the imnu placement cell to be efficient as they are responsible to grant internships to every student at NGO's and even during the pandemic every student got placed.
Students became eligible for final placement from the 4th term of their study that is starting in the 2nd year. By the mid of the 5th term almost all the students are placed by the Place comm of the college. Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Capgemini, HDFC bank, ICICI Bank, HCL tech, Aditya Birla Group are prominent recruiters. 95+ Companies visited the campus and the Higest package offered was 12.5 LPA and the Average package was 9 LPA.100% of students are placed by the college.
The placement scenario is pretty good. The highest package was 19.1 LPA. The median salary was 9 LPA. We had over 60+ recruiters the last time. It might cross the limit this year. Apart from the students who opt-out, nearly 95% batch is always placed. My plans currently are to pursue CFA along with MBA and after that to land a decent job.
While studying in the 4th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. Various companies visit the campus which includes Infosys, IDFC first bank, AMUL, etc. and the offer made by these companies ranges from 6-15 lakhs. 100% placement is provided by the college. After receiving the degree I would be doing the job
From trimester 5 students become eligible for placement. Big names like KPMG, enter the campus and most roles are marketing oriented. The average package is 16 lakhs. All students get placed. To work with the manufacturing industry
The final placements are quite average. The internships are very poor. The finance students are forced to apply for a sales profile that does not add any value to their skillset. Most of the companies which come for SIP do not even offer a stipend. Many students prefer to look for internships on their own. However, final placements are better. One can expect an average package of about 7.5 lakhs per annum.
From mid to 4th trimester final placements begin. Summar placements begin in 2nd trimester. One offer per candidate policy is there. So once selected you can't sit for other companies visiting the campus. The package is quite decent. 95% of students get placed.
Companies start visiting at the start of 2nd year and placements are really good. As college is situated in Ahmedabad, lots of companies from Ahmedabad are hiring from our college. There are international placements as well. Most of the seniors are already placed.
