The placements in the CIT are taken care by the placement cell and maximum people out there might get placements through on-campus. Even if you can't get the placements , you can do internships with good projects and can get your employement.
The students gets placed at the 10th semester ,However they goes for internship at 7th semester. The companise like Amazon,KLA visit often and give us high packages. The highest salary package offerd is 40lakhs per annum . The average would be around 5lakhs per annum. 90% of student gets placed every year. I would like to get job once I completed my degree.
From the 9th semester, you are eligible for placements. Before that, in your 7th semester, you have to attend an internship for 6 months and college gives a platform for it. Our college remains the 2nd in the state and we are trying to make it 1st, it's a prestigious institution. A silent bad remark is buildings are the same from the starting hostel food and living could be improved by the management.
Yes, there are many positive and negative things because our college is an government aided one so there will be very low funding to our college provided by the government. But none other than this there are no negative things about our college.
