I didnt give any entrance exam as far as I remember. They don't take entrance exam for under graduate admissions. Only for masters programmes entrance exams are taken. For UG they take students on the basis of percentages in the +2 board exams.

Positives things are it's a government college so the yearly fees are less than any other colleges, and it's infrastructure grows slowly, negative is the staffs are very poor, the official works are done here very slow
