WeSchool's PGDM in Research and Business Analytics program appears to be industry-oriented, incorporating relevant topics like machine learning, big data, and R/Python programming. Its comprehensiveness is difficult to assess without a detailed look at the syllabus. However, considering WeSchool's reputation, it's likely to cover the core areas of research and business analytics. The program's focus on industry linkages suggests potential for real-world application through internships and placements. The strong foundation in research and analytics can prepare you for further academic pursuits like M.Phil. or Ph.D. programs in related fields.

I chose this course because it is the flagship couse of welingkar and has the most diversity in the class which enhances the peer to peer learning. The curriculum is inspired from IIM B curriculam. It is through and gives various options as electives. The faculies are from prestigious institutions like IIM A, IIM B, JBIMS, etc and has great corporate experience which helps us in learning real life examples and norms. Although some marketing faculties are not so great, they are just there and needs to be replaced. The faculty student ratio is 1:15. The teaching method is mostly case discussion based (Harvard) and student presentations. The teaching focuses highly on communication skills and problem solving skills. It is a trimester based course and each trimester is of 2 months on an average. Exams are not so difficult to pass, it can be cleared through class leanings and a short revision.

I prefer General MBA to a particular stream like EBIZ or RBA. Hence I opted for PGDM Core. The course will have 6 trimesters 3 per year. Some of the faculties are extremely good. Case studies are utilised in lectures. There is 1 professor for every 6 students. Few subjects are difficult but manageable.

Welingkar is very great in their E-business course and it is their flagship course. Also the average package is high compared to other courses. the faculty ratio is about 1:10 and faculty have decades of experience. term exam is also a great way of evaluating it is easy if you know the concept.
For a PGDM, IMT Ghaziabad is better compared to Welingkar Mumbai. It is widely reputed among MBA aspirants and constantly ranked among the top B-Schools in the country.
It has an excellent placement record as well. IMT Ghaziabad placements 2022 concluded with an average CTC of INR 15.28 LPA. While the highest CTC offered this year was INR 62 LPA.
IMT G has better placements, brand value, and a larger alumni network compared to Walingkar. A
