Placements are good for a Tier 2 College . The Student Intake is huge so for that 12 LPA is a good average package . If we take the top 10 Percent students it rises above 15 LPA . Quality of Companies and the roles offered are good . Intership opportunities are also good.

- Large batch size of 800 students which is huge in number.

The placements of 22-24 batch is doing well with highest package of 40 lacs and average of 12 lacs. More than 100 companies comes everyyear for the final placements like Amazon,Morgan Stanley,KPMG,Havells,Publcis Sapients,etc The Roles offered are numerous in number like Brand Manager,Supply Chain Manager,Consultants, etc. The final placements starts rights after the 4th trimester that is mostly from september end to october. The college Guarantees a 100% placement.

- The lecture timing which is 2 hr for one lecture

Avg placement of overall college is 12 lacs and it improves with every upcoming batches. The companies for executive placement starts coming from October after the completion of 4th trimester. from 4/5th semester the students are eligible to get placed. As the companies start visiting college the race for placement begins. There is hardly any company that visited and made no offer. They atleast take 1/2 candidates.The highest package is 24 LPA and average is 11.5-12 LPA. The profiles offered are according to various specialization such a marketing, finance, operations, HR etc. The college has 100% placement. All the students are placed. I would like yo work for 2/3 years and then start something of my own.

- The range of faculty in weschool is impressive, it has various in house professors and some of the visiting faculties with very impressive career backgrounds.
Dislikes
- The trimesters go by very quickly, we don’t got many holidays , making time for ourselves is really difficult

Our college provides a range of campus placement for all specialisations , they successfully place around 80-85% of the batch each year, in various leading companies, many students even secure PPO from the companies they do their summer internships from. Which makes easier for them to blend in those companies as they already have worked there.

Highest package us around 25 lakhs (India) for abroad its around (40 lakhs) All students get no. Of opportunities to appear for a interview I will opt for the placement

Till March 2024, most of the students got placed in various multinational companies. The highest international salary provided is INR 24 LPA whereas the highest domestic salary is INR 22 LPA. The Median domestic salary is INR 11.59 LPA.
Welingkar has campuses in both Mumbai and Bangalore. In 2023, highest number of students were placed in IT sector, with 53.8% placements, followed by BFSI sector with 9.6% placements. Whereas on Bangalore campus, BFSI sector got the maximum placement with 17%. Other sectors where students got placed were power, market research, real estate, marketing agencies.
