The hostel is a bit costly. The per year rent is Rs. 2 lakh and the food is not included in this. The rooms are too small. It's good for a single person but there are 3 girls live in a single room. So, it's really problematic for us to share the same bathroom and get ready in the early morning for the lectures.

Hostel facility is for first year students, facilities like bed, matress, almirah, combined wasroom with room for two people, laundry service. refrigerator, television, dining table, chair for studying and other basic neccesities. Meals are okay, better for students of south( not stereotype, but taste differs), but good for other students, college also has north Indian canteen for students. Registration for hostel is done at the same time with college, the forms comes after a student gets admitted into the college. The cost for the hostel is 150000 per year for lodging and breakfast, lunch and dinner is excluded in this, but mess is available to pay and have.

I would like to start right away by telling that hostel does not provide food, which I honestly think is unfair. other than that welingkar has limited campus space therefore they have hostels within a 2 KM radius of the colleges. The hostel I live in has all the services except food. AC, fridge, beds, pillows, cupboards, desk and chair, cloth stand, kettle, iron and iron stand have all been provided by the college. The option to opt for a hostel comes during the form-filling process however allocation is based on availability. you also have the freedom to reject hostel facilities if you want even after you have mentioned in the form that you do want one.

Welingkar has provided a sweet the 3 bhk flat for accommodation where in a flat we are 9 girls accommodating 3 students in each bedroom. The fee that has been charged for this accommodation is 2,00,000 per annum which includes the electricity bill and other utilities it does not include food or any mess service. Some students also prefer to choose to find their accommodation where they are living in a PG or any 3rd party hostel. The provided accommodation is fully furnished and equipped with all the facilities that are required but I think it is a little bit on the expensive side as compared to the market price.
Two people are there in every room both have to pay 1.5 LPA where breakfast is included along with wifi facilities. Lunch and Dinner will be provided anytime but have to pay for them and laundry is also available at the hostel.
The facilities at the hostel are good. Fees are affordable. The meals quality and menu are good. The registration process for the hostel is first come first serve because it has only limited seats and it is online. The hostel is on the college campus itself for girls students with limited seats. When the seats are filled up, the college assists in providing hostels, nearby locations under 1-2kms.
Welingkar doesn't have its own hostel but they have contacts with different living facilities. The hostel fees are quite high 1.5lakhs per year which is quite expensive and it doesn't include food as well which is quite expensive living. The registration process is totally handled by the college.
Welingkar has 4 hostel facilities, 2 for boys and 2 for girls. They are at a distance of 2 km to 5 km from the campus in the matunga area. There is no mess facility inside the hostel but there is a basic canteen for tea and some other refreshments.

The salient features of Welingkar School Campus are given below:
Welingkar Mumbai provides separate hostels for boys and girls within 2 km of the campus. These hostels likely offer shared room accommodation, though the exact number of roommates per room depends based on your choice be it single, double or triple sharing. And, the fee structure for the same is Rs 1,60,000/- p.a to Rs 2,20,000/- p.a. Plus a deposit of Rs 10,000/- which is refundable.
