Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow or commonly known as JIM Lucknow is one of the four JIMs. JIM Lucknow placement 2023 has been concluded recently and more than 300 recruiters visited the campus and offered jobs to 930 students. Among all the recruiters, more than 110 companies visited the campus for the first time. JIM Lucknow average package stood at INR 12.34 LPA, showing a 25% rise from the previous year, and JIM Lucknow highest package stood at INR 22 LPA. JIM Lucknow placement also received 7 international offers from Indicaa Group Limited. Some of the major recruiters included HDFC Bank, Deloitte, Pwc, ICICI Bank, HCL, Eclerx, and many others who participated in the JIM Lucknow placement 2023.
JIM Lucknow Summer Internship 2023 placement invited more than 180 recruiters with around 50 companies visiting for the first time. JIM Lucknow highest stipend stood at INR 1.2 lakh, showing a 140% increase in the highest stipend. Some of the major recruiters that participated were Dalmia, Decathlon, Axis Bank, Deloitte, Hitachi, EY, ICICI Bank, and many in the JIM Lucknow summer internship 2023.

The placement of the college is up to the mark. Currently, the highest placement is 18 lakhs per annum and the lowest that is gone was 6.85 lakhs in hand. also, there is a placement committee who will help you in grooming yourself

Campus placement was 100%, moreover comapnies from all the sectors comes in the college. College even help you by arranging mock interviews, mock gds every week in your second year, this benifits alot in your Preperation

From the starting of 2nd-year students are eligible for campus placement. Also, if in 1st year during an internship, the company provided PPO, then students can work after their studies with that company. The companies that visit Jaipuria are ICICI, HDFC, ITC, Aditya Birla, Deloitte(mass recruiter). The college makes sure that almost all of its students are placed in the company. Its keeps its placement process on till student are placed. But it guarantees 90% placement of students. After getting the degree, I would work in the company is placed, and would also work to start some business when I get financially stable by myself.
Placement Experience:
The placements of my college are good. Many big brands over the years are visiting the campus for the placement process. Companies like HDFC, HUL, Amazon, Infosys have visited campus. During these difficult times also, college is doing a great job in getting students placed. Currently, 85% are already placed. The highest package offered this year was 21 lacs and the average package 5.5 lacs( a little less this year pertaining to Covid situations)

Our placements start from 4th trimester, that is, from August and remain till the end of the course. Various companies such as Deloitte, Anil, HUL, HCL, Careers 360 and so on various our campus for placements. Even the students who have been offered PPOs from their internships can sit for the placements. The packages are also quite good.

From the 5th trimester onward a student is eligible to appear for campus placements around 92% of students are placed this year in some of the top and most reputed companies of the county and abroad as well. My plans after taking my degree are to serve a reputed company and learn as many skills and as much knowledge as possible.

Placement starts from 5th sem. There are many companies that visit the campus, Most of the students get placed, The avg package is 5.5 lacks in this covid time, 10.5 is the highest and 3.3 is the lowest package.

Placement and Job opportunity in our college are 100 % companies like deloite, amazon , hdfc , icici banks and so many other companies comes to recruit our students last year highest package was approximately 18 lakhs and the average packages are 5 lakhs.

The fifth trimester is the time when we can sit for placements, there is a long list of companies that visit our college like HUL (Hindustan Unilever), HDFC bank, Axis bank, ITC, Amul, Nestle, Pris cement, Asian paints, ultratech cement, Deloitte, Aditya Birla fashion and retail, United colors of Benetton, HCL, Tata motors, JK tires and many more with an average package of 6.49 lacs per year and the highest going till 18 lacs per year. 95 % of the students are placed. I have planned to take placements from my college in a reputed company which gives opportunities to learn and offer a good carrier growth.
Placement Experience:
From previous year records, most of the students got placed in good companies like HUL. Tata, Amazon, Deloitte, etc. The highest package offered this year is 19 LPA. Placements are still going on. The good thing here is that they conduct centralized placements for all four campuses i.e. Lucknow, Noida, Jaipur, and Indore. My plans are to work hard, participate in most extracurricular activities, get connected with faculty and learn as much as I can, and get hired by a good company.

Among all the recruiters, more than 110 companies visited the campus for the first time. JIM Lucknow's average package stood at INR 12.34 LPA, showing a 25% rise from the previous year, and JIM Lucknow's highest package stood at INR 22 LPA. JIM Lucknow placement also received 7 international offers from Indicaa Group Limited. Some of the major recruiters included HDFC Bank, Deloitte, PwC, ICICI Bank, HCL, Eclerx, and many others who participated in the JIM Lucknow placement in 2023. ?BIMTECH Placements 2023 is concluded. A total of 367 students pursuing PGDM courses were placed by more than 92 recruiters. There were 30% new recruiters at BIMTECH Placement Drive 2023. BIMTECH's highest package stood at INR 23.43 LPA and BIMTECH's average package is disclosed at INR 11.25 LPA showing an increase of approx 20% from the last year. BIMTECH's top recruiters for the year 2023 are ADP, Wipro, E&Y, Deloitte, KPMG, Kantar, RBL, Euromonitor, Yamaha Motors, Panasonic, TATA AIG, etc.
