The course Is very rigorous and you have to face many challenges by handling presentations and your co-curricular activities together. You will have assignments on every week. Also, you have to be disciplined.
The course curriculum is similar to IIMs, the schedule is pretty hectic you have to give your 100 percent to secure good marks. The faculty is qualified and have a great knowledge of their respective fields.
If you have scored good in MAT or CAT Then you will get 50000 scholarship , you will be get internship with stipend ,for placement at that time they were the brightest choice of PSU banks ,but due to high court order now they are not coming ,overall now good companies are coming with averge salary package of 5 lpa
The fees has to be paid in installments also you can give the competitive exams of CAT ,MAT and if you score more than 60-80% then as per their structure you will the scholarship for your tution fees
The courses of the program are so well designed that it helps the out going students to work in a current and tough scenario as they had already been into it. Also the course changes with the dynamic business environment requirements.
I chose PGDM in Financial Services, the reason being that it provides you a good base while facing placements. The faculties of Jaipuria are helpful, knowledgeable and boost the students to learn more and become adaptable in the corporate world. They are wise teachers with lots of experience in their field and are also Ph.D. and Gold medalists in their subjects. The teaching method in Jaipuria is pre-designed. They have their course outline about what they have to teach and how many topics they have to cover every day. Talking about exams, we have trimesters, which feel recurring in nature. Also, we have lots of assignments, quizzes, viva, and end terms, which though feel like a burden, but makes us multi-tasking and working throughout the day. The exam paper is structured in the form of case studies, in which you have to implement all the techniques you were taught in the classroom. And passing the exams is not that easy. But if one maintains a stable score throughout then it helps in the end.
I choose this course as in this course I get an opportunity to select to specialisations one major and the minor one , talking about the faculty the teachers are well educated and experienced and the best part is they are always ready to help and here academics and extra curricular activities goes hand in hand which is a plus point point
I chose this course because I always wanted to go for higher studies and being done my bachelor's in BBA the next step was this only. Talking about the student faculty ratio there is approximately 1 teacher to every 15 students. The faculty at Jaipuria Lucknow is one of the most qualified faculty one would find. Most of the teachers have PhD degrees and have their papers published in various reputed journals. The finance faculty have great teachers 4 of them have successfully cleared CA. PGDM is a trimester based course where exams happened every 3 and half months. The level of exams was moderate to difficult since it was completely practical based papers with only case studies.
I chose this course because of the curriculum and the subjects taught. Our institute provides the basic subjects required for PGDM in the initial phase in order to provide the students a gist of all the genres. There are also an adequate number of faculty in the institute and students could contact them in case of any queries. Our faculty are highly qualified. Most of them have a PhD degree along with a degree in management. Each of the faculty has a unique teaching method and they have well equipped themselves with both online as well as offline mode. Our exams are timely. We also have quizzes, assignments, Vivas, guest sessions and so on during the trimesters for our continuous evaluation. The end trimester exams were mostly case-based which helped assess the learning and the implementation of the same by the students in various situations.
The reason I chose this course was that I already have completed BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) and I wanted to study all the courses on a basic level in my PGDM so in spite of going for courses like PGDM in retail management or in financial services I chose PGDM general. The faculty student ratio in this program would be 1:35 this is an approximate figure as this could vary in some classes. The faculty members are Ph. D holders mostly and also they have very good teaching skills to keep the students engaged throughout the class. We have our end term exams after every trimester the level of question paper is good and one needs to study for clearing the exams.
Other than IIM Lucknow, the other management institutions in the city are very average. Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow is an average institution. It should not be on your priority list.
My friend applied to the Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow with no intention of joining it. She said that even though she gave the interview half-heartedly, she was still selected for admission.
This made my friend feel that the institution holds the personal interview as a mere formality. The main scope of the institution is to admit students and charge high fees, regardless of their scores, GD/PI performance, or other parameters of assessment.
During the placements in 2023, 300+ recruiters visited the campus for placements. The highest domestic CTC stood at 22 LPA and the average CTC stood at 12.34 LPA. The highest number of offers came from the Research & Consulting sector. The top recruiters were HDFC Bank, Deloitte, PWC, ICICI Bank, HCL, Eclerx, etc.
Though the 2023 placement figures are good for the Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow, I would still suggest you aim for joining the top business schools. You can always choose this institution in case you are not able to get admission into a better one.
