About HITAM
Hyderabad Institute of Technology & Management (HITAM) established under M/S Royal Educational Society has been granted Autonomous status by UGC. Founded in 2001, Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management (HITAM) is located in Hyderabad, Telangana and was formerly known as Royal College of Engineering. It is a private institute which is accredited with an ‘A+’ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and is also accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Admission to Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management is granted on the basis of the score and subsequent rank in EAMCET which is further followed by counseling. The admission process has been divided into 3 categories, which have been enumerated as follows:
- Convener Quota: 70% of the total seats are filled up by the convener, EAMCET. The final allotments are published through the portal to the candidates as well as the respective colleges. Selected candidates need to report to the campus on the specified dates

- I mainly like my campus Green and Clean environment where there are full trees surrounded by the building and the premises are always kept very neat and clean . The feel and energy is very positive ia always in the campus . The campus is fully green
- I also like the active clubs present in the campus , faculty is great and a healthy student faculty relationship is maintained in the campus.

- I am disappointed about the internships and Placement opportunities for the students , which is very less compared to other colleges.

I was not eligible through my entrance exam so , I had taken management quota seat in this college. Normally the cutoff will be around 50000 for cse , and other branches you can avail them easily compared to other colleges.

I have got this college by eamcet councelling and I am very much excited to join this college. I got 66,000 rank and I think I have got a good college for my rank. Hitam provides it best for every student.

- The college has excellent ambience and greenery which is the first thing i perosnally liked a lot and the infrastructure of the college is also very good.

- Not all teachers are friendly,few teachers are very strict. Few teachers even though have sound knowledge they fail to explain it to students in an understandable way.
- the college has not much good placments. Very few people have been recruited and the college havent brought more number of companies to recruit.

In that examination you have to get a cutoff of 20000 rank.The sc/st have reservation and their cutoff is 35000.After checking the eligibility and cutoff we apply to this college through online counselling.
