Adhunik Institute of Productivity Management and Research is a premier management college located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. It is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University), Lucknow.

Adhunik Institute of Productivity Management and Research offers AICTE approved Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programmes.

The postgraduate courses offered by Adhunik Institute of Productivity Management and Research are regular, full-time and of 2 years duration.
