Dynamic life at PCE New Panvel

Likes

Strong Academics, PCE is known for having experienced and knowledgeable faculty, especially in core engineering subjects.
Infrastructure and Facilities: The campus is well-maintained, with modern classrooms, laboratories, and a comprehensive library

Dislikes

During peak hours, the college tends to feel overcrowded, especially with a high intake of students in cafeteria
there are a large number of students enrolled, competition for academic excellenc

Placement Experience:

Since now this year couple of companies mail we got to apply for internship and placement, a company at Nerul Paras anti drone has offered us for internship, all thanks to placement cell. A right student can easily get placed as good number of companies visit in this college and also ageber package is somewhere 6 to 8 lpa and highest may be 14 lpa. College committee always conduct placement related activities and aptitude test

Likes

The infrastructure of college is is very good.I love the building structure.
The effectiveness of the placement services and the support provided for career advancement is too good. All the staff members are very cooperative.

Dislikes

The campus of college is small comparing to other colleges.

Placement Experience:

1) From 7th sem students are eligible for campus placements. 2) The companies visit for campus placements are: Mahindra, Tata-TCS, Accenture, Wipro, reliance, etc. 3) The highest package is of 25,00,000 And the average package is 3,50,000

Likes

Labs are quite good. Overall infrastructure is good.
Pillai's crowd is very decent. All are well behaved and college's rules are good.

Dislikes

There Placements are very bad. Average package is of just 4 LPA.

Placement Experience:

There placement ratio is so bad. Like so so bad. They brough less tech companies, which offer only 3 to 4 LPA only. At my time, not even TCS , jio, accenture visited our campus, no mass hiring, Nothing. And they blame it on Recession (they thought other college not having recession just our college have it) Most of the students placed or got the jobs on their own.

Likes

Environment is good. Teachers are very helpful. You can always look up to them for anything and they'll be available. Campus is okay.

Dislikes

The classrooms are not air conditioned and during Summers it's pretty hot.

Placement Experience:

During the fourth semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. More than 270 companies like TCS, Infosys, jio etc. visit our college for placements. The highest package is 15 LPA and the average package is 3-4 LPA. Almost 100 percent students get placed every year.

i liked the infrastructure and campus of the college which provided many opportunities
the college timings are also reasonable and in coordination

Dislikes

the location might be confusing some times

Placement Experience:

Third year students are eligible to sit for placements.Almost 80% stduents get placed and the rest opt for higher studies .TCS and Cape Gemini which are well known visit the campus.My plans are to opt for higher studies after my graduation

Supportive Faculties- Faculties always supports and encourage students to excel in subjects and other co-curricular activities

Dislikes

Infrastructure is quite pathetic

The college offers placements from 4th year. The Highest package received was 15 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA. Companies visited- capgemini ,TCS ,l ti ,Wipro,etc. College's placement record is decent and good .

The faculty so far for the Freshman Year of the college is great in teaching and is very supporrtive in case of you needing any help with academics
Great library providing immense references and articles to read and go through.

Dislikes

Poor marking for exracurricular activities which was recently introduced under project Based Learning(PBL).

Placement Experience:

Various companies like Tata Technologies, CtrlS, and Deloitte visited the campus for placements. The placement rate isn't that great. The majority of hiring was done by Tata Technologies and CtrlS with an average package of 4-5LPA.

The faculty has expertise in the respective subject, making it easy for the students to understand the subjects.
Variety of extracurricular courses and workshops conducted right from the first year.

Dislikes

Engineering Library: Though it has a lot of great resources, it seemes less equipped and lacks the aesthetic appeal and comfort conducive to prolonged academic engagement

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to opt for campus placements from the third year. Companies like TCS, Capgemini, Jio, Ugam, and Infosys are available for placements. Around 80% of students get placed with an average package of 3.5-5 lacs. The highest package is around 15 lacs.

Placements are not to high till now in the collage

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester onwards the students are eligible for placement if they don't have any backlogs. lots of companies visited the campus in the past 10 years. LTTS, JARo, JIO, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, and RELIANCE are one of the top recruiters. almost 80 percent of students get placed. I am also looking for a placement.
