Students become eligible for campus placement after sem 6-7 . Companies like thermax ,gic etc visits and students also get placed .but the package offered are not good percentage of students got placed last year was 40%.my plans after degree to get placement and get some work experience for 2 years thn complete my masters

Placement Experience:

College have own placement n training cell, focusing on bringing the more n more company fornon campus placement. Many of us got placed through on campus, package offered were from 3.8 to 9 LPA. One can also go for off campus placement of his/her choice. Highest package offered was 32LPA, average package offered is around 4-6 LPA Before covind it's 100 percent placement ratio but now it was 70-80 percent. Some have opted for higher education, some become entrepreneur, doing there own jobs.

so this year my college got pretty good placement where as average package of it was 4 lacs per annum and there are process to get selected while there was a preciplacement causes that was taken by our college

Placement Experience:

The campus placement drive is very robust however the placcements are still average. The average placement of Wadia college of engineering is 4LPA. The highest package bagged this year was 8LPA. Hence many steps should be taken to improve placements of the college with extra seminars, courses and asisstance for the 4th year students.

our college offers decent placements . this year (2023) only 40 companies visted our college for placements out of them some went with zero placement. the average package is 3.7 lpa which is very low . i would want to pursue masters/mtech rather than taking placement.
