I opted for physics as the subject of my honors. I have studied science in my higher secondary and physics being an Interesting subject with wide future opportunities I decided to opt for physics. The faculty of my department was very highly reputed. With doctorate degrees and long teaching experience, they were very welcoming and cooperative. The department consisted of 6 permanent professors. The new CBCS pattern has now been adapted to the college which provides students the flexibility to choose their subjects for each semester. The course consists of six semesters. Each semester consists of fixed credits. There will be one end semester and one mid-semester in each semester to complete your credits. The exam was curriculum-based with regular study and class one can conveniently score the credits. Even if one failed to clear a paper they can fill the form for re-examination or can clear it in another semester. So overall the curriculum was student-friendly and convenient.

I chose Physics for my interest in the subject. The faculty student ratio is not very balanced. 6 total faculties in Physics attending a total of 120 students in a batch. All faculties are highly qualified and experienced, a little old in age though. The exams are suddenly announced but can be expectedtimestime and durations by keeping regular contact with HOD and other Professors. passing the exams solely depends on your hard work.

As this college is 2nd best college for vocational studies in Ranchi, so I opted for this college. Also the course fee is feasible and my parents could afford it. I was not good at studies and could not make it to other big institutions.

The College is very reputed for its academic values. It has some of the best teachers of the city. I opted for Zoology because I have interest in the course. I also had thought of preparing for medical entrance exams. The institutes for medical and engineering coaching is at a walking distance from the college.

Good Teachers and good practical laboratory. Faculty is supportive and we get a better opportunity to learn more about our subject of interest. But according to carrier opportunities, this college dont provide much ideas.

College campus is not so great. But infrastructure is good standard of college campus it poor because of reservation in the merit list. Bad and low scoring the student get admission in this college throughout reservation.

Faculty are good and infrastructure are also good.for learning and extra curricular activities you will be given a good platform. it is upto you to avail that features.

Positive-Education is good Negative-Canteen is way too small But overall the college is a good place to learn People from entire country come to take admission in the college It is situated at a walking distance from ranchi station

One negative remark about the college is that reservation for the ST SC and OBC students. students with bad academic result and which are not interested to study easily get admission in gossner college and spils college campus.
