Sri Chaitanya Institute of Technology & Research was established in the year 2008 under the aegis of Sri Kavitha Educational Society with objective to provide technical education to students as they can become capable of holding responsibility of good citizen of the country. College offers 3 diploma, 5 undergraduate and 7 post graduate courses. College is situated 9 km from Khammam town on Hyderbad-Khammam Highway. College is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and is affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad.

Hostel: College has exclusive hostel for ladies situated in Khammam with all basic facilities. Hostel has accommodation for 150 students.

There will be an entrance exam conducted by the state government with the help of jntu Hyderabad. The students have to pass the 12th class to appear for the exam. The college has some reservation facilities according to their caste. The college to have some good infrastructure

Yes, there is a reservation facility in the college as recognized by the government of the State. The college management seats will be filled at the start of the academic year itself.

After completion of intermediate MPC I applied for the EMCET which is an entrance test for engineering and medical The fees of this test are 400 for reservation categories and 800 for others It is computer-based test and I want to improve the earliest admissions and earliest notification for test and I want to increase the courses in college and I want to increase the seats

I applied for eamcet then i wrote the exam I got the good marks in that. I was allotted the seat according to my score card, generally I come under obc category, so i applied for near by colleges in my locality, they allotted me a seat for my good score in eamcet.
