- MHT CET 2024 Round 2 Allotment List has been released on August 26 @cetcell.mahacet.org for B.Tech courses at Shree Ramchandra College of Engineering.Candidates can accept and report to their allotted colleges between Aug 27 - 29. Meanwhile the Round 3 Allotment List is expected on September 05
- Rajarambapu Institute of Technology MBA admission 2024 is open based on MAHCET scores.
- The MAH MBA Round 3 Provisional Allotment Result will be released on September 03 @cetcell.mahacet.org. Candidates can accept the offers and report to their allotted colleges between September 04 - 06.
- Online Submission & Confirmation of Option Form of CAP Round-III is ongoing from August 27 - 29. The CAP Round 3 Allotment List will be released on August 31 @cetcell.mahacet.org. Selected candidates can accept and report to the institutes between September 01 - 03.

About Rajarambapu Institute of Technology
Rajarambapu Institute of Technology is an autonomous institute formerly known as the College of Engineering, Sakharale. Established in 1983, the main goal of RIT is to attain the status of academic autonomy and deemed university within the next five years. The institute is accredited A+ grade by NAAC and is affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Also, most of the programs of RIT are accredited and reaccredited by NBA and AICTE, New Delhi.
RIT has secured a position in the rank band 101-150 in “NIRF Innovation Rankings 2023.” The institute was also ranked 35th in “Top 100 Engineering Colleges in India -2023” and 10th in West India Silicon India Survey 2023. In addition, RIT Islampur is certified with an ‘A’ grade in world institute rankings by Sustainable Institutes of “India Green Ranking 2023.”
RIT Islampur offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in several specializations under business and engineering departments. It offers BTech, MTech, and Diploma courses to working professionals as well. Admissions to BTech, MTech, and MBA are granted on the basis of national level entrance examinations such as JEE Main / MHT CET, GATE and MAH-CET / ATMA / CAT / CMAT and as per the guidelines of AICTE and DTE.
From the acdemic session 2024-25, RIT Islampur is launching new and trending courses including BBA, BCA, MCA, and diploma in mechatronics, admission to which is based on MAH CET. The institute has also had a very impressive placement record. In 2024, over 311 BTech students were placed and the highest package reported for MBA and BTech is INR 9 LPA and INR 7.5 LPA respectively.

RIT Islampur has a huge campus of 43.75 acres with 2 breakfast centers, a cafeteria and restaurant, waste water plant, biogas plant, vermicomposting plant, water harvesting project, central workshop, internet facility with a total of 2000 Mbps {1000 Mbps Leased line (1:1) from BSNL and 1000 Mbps from Airtel for backup purpose}, 142 indoor and outdoor access points, moodle server facility, Radio Sugar 90.8 Community Radio Station, 300 kWp Rooftop Solar Generation System, and many more facilities. Students at RIT Islampur can also enjoy the following facilities provided by the institute:
- Hostel: Hostel facilities are provided to male and female students. Gym facility, Tea/Coffee vending machine, high-speed internet, TVs in all the messes, and daily Newspapers are some of the facilities provided to hostel residents. Within the campus, RIT Islampur has 08 hostel buildings (4 for boys and 4 for girls) accommodating 486 girls and 696 boys. There are 219 rooms for boys and 139 rooms for girls which are either three-sharing or four-sharing. The hostel fee is INR 26,000 for boys and INR 30,500 for girls, and the mess fees is INR 2400 for boys and INR 2200 for girls. RIT Islampur hostels have 08 spacious dining halls, a canteen, 04 snack centers & 01 cafeteria. Health care is also provided 24/7 to all the students in the campus alomg with 24/7 electricity, guest house, playgrounds, hot water facility, a laundry unit, separate gym for girls, etc.
- Library: The library at RIT Islampur is accessible to students and faculty members for academic and research purposes. It is a four-storied air conditioned separate building with 1,35,041 + print and e-books, 33,251+ reference books, 209 + print national and international engineering and management journals, 36302+ electronic journals and magazines, 27352 + e-books and online databases.
- Transportation: RIT provides transport facility to its students in nine exclusive buses. It connects Karad, Miraj, Kolhapur and Palus to RIT.
- Sports: The institute has a badminton court, basketball court, and kho kho court for the students. It also has a gymkhana with all kinds of fitness equipment available for use by the students.
- Medical: A dispensary in the campus takes care of preliminary free medical treatment. An ambulance is always ready to meet any medical emergency.

- Rajaram Bapu Institute of Technology, Islampur, Sangli, is affiliated with Shivaji University and has autonomous certification. That is why their course curriculum is very good, and the curriculum is updated every 3 years.
- However, students were getting selected in reputed industries for jobs after their successful training, which was given by industry professionals.
Dislikes
- 3rd Semester students become eligible. Only one or two companies visit for Masters students and there is poor campus placement.
- College rules are very strict, but despite these rules, the performance of the college for students is very poor.

The eligiblity of the course was to have completed the 12th ssc education and cleared the MHT-CET with a 91 percentile cuttoff for the open category. The application form, fees and application dates are all available on the official colllege website.There is a consession of both marks and fees for the OBC category which i had applied through.the only area for improvement in the admission process is lesser paperwork

I take admission for diploma after completion of my 10th I got 74.60% then I simply follow the procedure provided by government such as registration and fill up the cap round then freeze the seat if we got and simply visit college and take the admission. It is very simple for every student.

Admission to Rajaram Bapu Institute of Technology Islampur, Btech admission on UG PG students scores followed by MET, Diploma Listed 2-semester average marks Counselling. As of now, there are three (3) further rounds scheduled for Counselling in 2022. The MAHARASHTRA STATE BOARD OF TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION ( MSBTE ) Organised UG / PG 2023 Admission on 30 July for the UG students scheduled on 14 August for PG students.
