Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The fees per year from first to third year was around 15000 a year. Apart from that you have your departmental fees which comes later and it depends from department to department. Some Scholarships are also available.

- Friendly nature of the senior will help freshers to get knowledge easily and understand all the functioning of the college
- I really liked the greenery in my college it is filled with numerous plants and trees

- College cafeteria though food is affordable and everyone can afford it easily but quality of food can be increased
- Infrastructure is good but campus is small

We have to pay fees for every sem and it's not expensive at all very affordable because I study in government college that's why the fees structure is quite affordable but fees for all categories is same While getting admission ofcourse minority categories get privileges
Likes
- There are many college and departmental societies for students to engage in extra curricular activities and maintain social interactions.
- The placement cell of Gargi college provides many opportunities to students like internships and certified courses.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The yearly fee for my course is 18,500 annually (one-time payment), but it keeps increasing. This includes the tuition fee, library fee, etc. For reserved categories, fees can start from as low as Rupees 20.
Likes
- The professors are great at teaching and put plenty effort into taking their teachers out of the box.
- The placement is good. There are internship offers across the season. They also hold internship and placement fairs for students.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is very bad, the washrooms especially are not clean. There is very less space, students often don’t get rooms.
- The campus life and quality of social experiences is not great. G
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
I paid 13000 apx in the obc nc category in the last year, the first year fee was 11000 apx but it increased each year. The college fee is minimal and exam fees of ?1200 is to be paid every sem for my course and other courses with practicals. Department fund is also asked for each department which may vary from 500-2000. There is no hostel in the colllege so for outstation students the outside accommodations (Pgs, flats etc) near college may be expensive.
Likes
- As Gargi college is an all girls college, safety is the biggest advantage. It is located in a safe and green area of south delhi, making it comfortable for students and their parents.
- I love the infrastructure. It is made of beautiful red bricks, bringing with it the typical DU vibe. Also has a beautiful field, which is the students' favourite in cold winter months.
Dislikes
- The campus might seem a little small when compared to other south campus colleges like JMC and Venky. However it has its own charm that definitely grows on you.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Economics hons at Gargi College is very affordable. We were charged a sum of Rs 15k (approx) for our first year. Being from Delhi itself, I didnt have to bear any other costs like accommodation, food, etc. Examination fees is usually under 2k per semester. The college provides financial aid to eligible students based on their proof of income. There is no campus employment that I have taken up in my time here. However we have an active placement cell that frequently floats information regarding internship/job opportunities.
Likes
- The food offered in the canteen was somehow fine. I won't say that it was the best I've had but it was decent and tasted average.
- Non teaching staff was very helpful and always helped me.
Dislikes
- Washrooms were terrible. Some of them didn't have a lock.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Fee of this course Is somehow affordable. It's around 16k per semester and additional 1.3k during the examinations. The college even offer financial assistance to the students who cannot afford some basic requirements like laptop for study purpose. College do not offer employment opportunities
Likes
- Talking about the faculty, the teachers and department heads were really helpful in covering up my syllabus.
- The multiple clubs, events and activities happens throughout the year that makes attending college in such a vibrant environment more fun.
Dislikes
- Canteen food was very basic and felt artificial.
- Sometimes the curriculum becomes too vast to cover.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Being in DU, one of the best perks is the fees are almost negligible as compared to big private colleges. I covered my 3 years of graduation under 35000 including other expenses such as club or department fees. There are also a lot of scholarships for example sports scholarships (0 fees for 1 year), single girl child scholarships, and many more. I haven't taken any campus employment so I wouldn't know about that.
Likes
- Firstly the college has a vibrant campus life with different types of societies and clubs catering to various interests such as drama, dance, placement cell, sports, etc etc.
- Gargi has some cool canteen stuff and food there is also very good. I personally like to have dosa. It’s very affordable too.
Dislikes
- Gargi does not have on campas hostel facilities which can be a drawback for outstation students.
- Outstation students can go for pgs near the college but they are quite expensive
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The annual tuition fees for the bcom course is approximately ?15725. In addition to tuition fees, the students also have to pay examination fees which can vary from ?1400 to ?1600. It totally depends on what course you're doing. I have paid around 1500 for the first semester also i have to pay examination fees at the end of the each semester. And the students who are living at the pgs there living expense varies. Including tuition and other compulsory charges, the total annual cost for a bcom degree might be around ?17,000 or ?18,000. Various merit based and need based scholarships are available, ranging from ?5,000 to ?20,000. There are several scholarships provided by the state and central government for economical weaker sections and minority students. As a part of du, the students can apply for various need based scholarships offered by the university. Student often do internship and earn upto ?2,000 to 5,000 or more it all depends on the student and there internship.

- The first thing i have always liked about my college are the red walls and open infrastructure. The vibe as soon as you enter college
- The societies of the college are very active and you can see various collabs between societies happening regularly.
Dislikes
- The washroom is something one would always compain about in our college. They are not properly built
- Water coolers are built just beside washroom leading to students washing there hands in them so it feels weird to drink water from it
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The annual fees for our course is around 14000. And it changes a little by year. Our course provides internship opportunities and also school teaching experience within the course itself. For scholarships one can check on the official website of gargi college.

- The enviroment of my college campus is just like wow..we got lots of opportunity to engage in different activities ..we got chance to show our skills abilities through fifferent competition and programs. We met with so many different people .
- The faculty is just awesome there is a connection between teacher and student is so good . The student centered learning makes is more enganing for us .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
So the course is around 70 to 80 thousand for four years . But in yearly there's a little difference in first year you have to pay 16 thousand then jn second year there is 18 thousand and third year onwards there 18 thousand . So basically that 80 thousand divide in different parts. The scholarships are provided by the college as well as delhi university itself.
