More practical based knowledge in this college and in my course also. The cirriculum is updated with today's need or requirement for real world challenges. The teaching methods is much like of a school which can be updated further. As mentioned earlier exams are moderate to difficult and 2 exams per semester before the end sem.
I choose this course just because my family background is from this side only The strength of the student is very less especially in mechanical branch The faculty is very good and have a vast knowledge of their subjects We have an exam once in 2 months
Because reputated companies like Jindal steelworks came here for placement the student-teacher ratio is 30:1 the teachers are highly qualified and they have cleared gate exams the teachers are easily approachable you can pass exams easily.
cousre curriculum is well prepared .My brother chose mechanical engg because he wanted that course only.According toh him faculty is well educated and very helpful in each and every aspect .On an average there are 60 students in a class .the teaching method involves both practical and theoritical aspects.exams are conducted in a well mannerd way and difficulty of exam is such that they have responsibility of our careers so they are bearing it well enough .they are not just giving away numbers ,via exams we are literally earning our grades.
I have an interest in this course and I want to do research in this course further. Around 8-9 faculty are present on one branch and every branch have a HOD. Every faculty have done at least mastery their subject and many faculties are those who have done a PhD also. These semester exams are as directed by the university and before the semester exams, there are 2 sessional and 1 Pre University also so that the student get prepared well.
I chose this course because I was Very Interested in Automobile designing And I can see my growth too in this course. The Qualifications Of The Faculty Members is also high and they tech very well. They make us understand each and every topic clearly and the attendance of the teachers is Excellent. In Addition to this they also clear the concept of us by going very deep in the subject or a particular topic of the subject. It Feels Like Yeah I'm getting a perfect education. The Term Exams Were also perfectly in time and it was fairly easy to pass the exams as the concept were clear and we all were able to clear the exam fairly easily.
We all know engineers do play an important role in our society and in transforming lives of people as well . Faculty are very good and well educated and always ready to help students round the clock .
I was taking mechanical engineering Department the reason why I choose this branch is that all things you need first of all well mechanical engineer who can make that thing with proper dimensions. Here are the laboratories where you can practice work like metal cutting, Belding,3-D printing, etc
Faculty was excellent, always helpful and kind. They provided a very well planned curriculum which in my openion surely helped students. Me as well as most of my mates were attending webinars/seminars organised by the college. Though there wasn't any compulsion yet everyone was attending workshops like robotics, automobile related things and all. Many workshops by MNC's like Infosys, Dell etc, were conducted on regular basis. Overall it was a nice experience.
