I applied for only two colleges One is Sdm Dharwad and KMC . In both the college I got confirmed admission but the teaching perspective and attention for the placement is more in KMC I didn't get any rejection from any college. These two colleges were near to my home Admission process for my college is MET ( MANIPAL ENTRANCE TEST) in which you have to pass the exam and they will give the ranking and conduct the counseling. According to that you have option the college as well as the campus

The eligibility for the course is scoring a good rank in neet below 55000 you can apply for the college after your scorecard arrives in the mcc counselling and get the seat if your rank criteria is filled.after that you have to come here for the counselling process and after that you are enrolled into the course

- The things I disliked about this college is the whole campus is not situated at one place the buildings are scattered everywhere in the city which makes it a little inconvenient for the students to travel. The curfew timing is there for the students.

The admission process was smooth, I applied through NMC site and received the results online. Then I went to the college for the procedures that need to be done offline only. The cutoff for the first round was 540 marks and my marks were 559 so I got the admission.

Admission process through neet only. In my batch, the govt cut off was 620 for all India quota. Reservation is for SC, OBC, ST which I find is extremely bad. Entrance exam was through NEET UG, which happens once a year

- Mangalore doesn’t have many night clubs here so you don’t get much lf a night life here and the city pretty much shuts at 10
- As the campus is scattered and not large enough so you don’t get much of a Campus life here.

The admission process was pretty smooth after getting your score cards you'll have to apply for colleges at mcc and after getting your seat you'll have to go to Manipal for the enrolment process, the eleigibilty for the course is neet and a rank of around 50 to 60k.

How difficult is it to study in KMC Manipal for a North Indian? One of my friends studied in KMC Mangalore but lives with her mom because of issues like language, food, etc.
Trust me there are no issues at all for a North Indian to study at KMC Manipal. Almost 60–70 % of students are North Indians. Almost everyone you have to interact with knows Hindi. However, you might face issues with clinical postings because most patients have only a basic understanding of Hindi. You will have to learn basic Kannada for which classes are taken in college in the second year.
The food is not a big issue at all because breakfast is South Indian comprising dishes like mini dosas, idlis, vadas. Bread, butter, and jam are served daily. Students are given rajma rice, Chole Bhature, and paneer once a week each. The roti served is very good and you will get Dal and rice daily.
Additionally, there are many that sell delicious food around the campus. There is also a mall within a 10-minute walking distance so you can visit Pizza Hut, Domino's, and CCD anytime.
How are the PG results of KMC Manipal, Mangalore students?
KMC students perform well in PG entrances. The PG result mainly depends upon individual hard work and MBBS training.
As a student of KMC Manipal, I can shed some light on my institute. The MBBS training offered by this college is really good. The faculty is top-notch, and classes are held regularly. You’ll be offered high clinical exposure.
Many of my seniors have cracked PG entrances right after internship or a year drop. They got into top colleges with the stream of their choice. KMC Manipal is especially a great choice if you plan to move abroad.

The fee details for the MBBS have been mentioned below:
There are a total of 250 seats offered for admission to MBBS in KMC Mangalore. However, out of these, 7 seats are reserved for Foreign Nationals interested in MBBS. Most of the seats are reserved for General Quota.
There is no Government Seat Allocated in KMC Mangalore for MBBS. Also there is no scholarship offered for MBBS course. The total fee of MBBS for General Category is INR 70,88,500.
Yes, The eligibility is based on the qualifications recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi. Refer AIU for full list of foreign qualifications, as equivalent to the Pre-University or 12th Grade qualification of India, for the purposes of admission in Indian Universities. International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) , General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE), GCE ‘O’ Levels (11 years of schooling). International students must be on the campus only on Student Visa. International students on Tourist Visa cannot be admitted into any programme. All international students studying at MAHE (Manipal / Mangalore / Bangalore / Jamshedpur campuses) (KMC Mangalore) are required to register online through e-FRRO portal within 14 days of arrival in India. International students holding OCI card are exempted from FRRO registration. However, such students must have Form C, generated by Indian citizen / owner of the residence providing accommodation. No student can generate Form C on their own. Form S, provided by college office. You can submit get the travel, housing permit.
NEET has a three-year validity of its scorecard from the date of the result declaration. Score Cards are valid for the next three years.
