JNTUH Results 2026 (Out): Date-Wise B.Tech, B.Pharm, MBA, MCA Results and RC/RV Dates

JNTUH Results 2026 are being released programme-wise and semester-wis on results.jntuh.ac.in.

• Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad has published results for B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, M.Tech, M.Pharmacy, MBA and MCA.
• The latest results came out on October 12, 2026. These cover B.Pharmacy IV-II Semester supplementary and M.Tech RC/RV results.
• Students log in with the hall ticket number, date of birth and a captcha code. Each result link opens a separate login page for that exam. Results of R22 and R25 batches sit in the same list.

The recounting and revaluation (RC/RV) window stays open for about 7 days after each result. For the October 12 results, the last date is October 19, 2026. A student who misses this window loses the chance to get that paper rechecked.

JNTUH Results 2026 Portal by Programme Type

All JNTUH results sit on one portal. The home page groups them by programme. Within each group, the newest result appears on top.

Recounting and revaluation results appear in the same list. Their titles start with "RC/RV". So a student must pick the right row before logging in.

How to Check JNTUH Results 2026?

The university shows results only on the official portal. Students follow these steps:

• Open results.jntuh.ac.in.

• Find the programme section, such as B.Tech or B.Pharmacy.
• Click the exact exam title, with year, semester, regulation and exam month.

• Enter the 10-character hall ticket number.
• Enter the date of birth in YYYY/MM/DD format.
• Type the captcha code shown on screen and submit.
• Check the subject-wise grades and save a copy of the page.

Example: A 2025-batch B.Tech student wanting the June 2026 exam result opens "B.Tech I Year II Semester (R25) Regular Examinations JUNE-2026". Choosing the R22 row instead will show no record.

What the JNTUH Grade Card Shows?

The online result works like a semester grade card. The university later issues a printed Memorandum of Grades through the college. As per the R22 regulations, the grade card shows these details:

• Subject code and subject name
• Letter grade earned in each subject
• Credits earned in each subject
• SGPA and CGPA, once all subjects are cleared

Note: SGPA appears only after a student passes every subject of that semester. A student with one F grade sees SGPA after clearing it in a supplementary exam.

JNTUH Grading System and SGPA Calculation

JNTUH follows a 10-point absolute grading system. The same grade scale applies under R22 and R25.

Pass Marks Under R22 and R25

An R22 student needs 14 out of 40 internal marks. The student also needs 21 out of 60 in the semester end exam. The total must reach 40 out of 100.

R25 rules drop the separate internal minimum. An R25 student needs 21 out of 60 in the end exam. The total must still reach 40 out of 100.

How SGPA and Percentage Are Calculated?

SGPA equals total credit points divided by total credits. Credit points are grade points multiplied by subject credits. The university rounds SGPA to two decimal places.

Example: A student takes four 3-credit subjects. The grades are O, A+, A and B+. Credit points total 30 + 27 + 24 + 21, which is 102. Dividing 102 by 12 credits gives an SGPA of 8.50.

JNTUH converts final CGPA into percentage with one formula. Percentage equals (CGPA minus 0.5) multiplied by 10. So a CGPA of 8.5 equals 80 percent.

Class Awarded on Final CGPA

The class cutoffs differ between the two regulations. The table shows the minimum final CGPA for each class.

Distinction also needs every subject cleared in the first attempt. A student detained for low attendance gets First Class instead.

JNTUH Revaluation and Challenge Valuation

JNTUH offers three ways to recheck a theory paper. These are recounting, revaluation and challenge valuation. Lab and practical exams cannot be rechecked.

• Recounting: the university re-adds the marks on the answer script.
• Revaluation: a fresh examiner evaluates the answer script again.
• Challenge valuation: a further check, open only after RC/RV results.

Students apply through the examination cell of their own college. The fee is paid per subject before the last date. The university then posts the outcome as an "RC/RV" result on the portal.

Recent RC/RV and Challenge Valuation Deadlines

The university gives about one week after each result. These are recent windows from the official portal.

Important: Colleges do not accept RC/RV applications after the last date.

Most result complaints have simple causes. Students report these issues most often after a release:

• No record found: the student opened the wrong regulation or exam month. Pick the row matching the hall ticket batch.
• Result withheld: JNTUH withholds results for unpaid university fees or pending discipline cases. The college exam cell confirms the reason.
• Portal slow on release day: the site gets heavy traffic in the first hours. Students report it works normally after some time.
• Wrong date of birth error: the format must be YYYY/MM/DD, not DD/MM/YYYY.

A withheld result also stops promotion to the next semester. So clearing dues early saves time.
