Master of Education [M.Ed] [Counselor Education] From Georgia Southern University

The course of study includes a comprehensive counseling knowledge base presented through didactic and experiential coursework and clinical field-based experiences, including a 600 hour internship. This knowledge base includes counseling skills and theories, developmental processes, multicultural issues, assessment, individual and group counseling, and professional ethics.
