Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to 5-year Full-time MBBS Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute
Academic Requirement:
- Candidate should have passed 10+2 minimum 45% marks. (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) from a recognized board.
Entrance Exam:
- Admission is based on the NEET-UG Entrance exam.
Age Limit:
- He/she has completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year Undergraduate Medical Courses.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is very tough and hectic. The curriculum helps us to prepare for real world applications so that we can apply our knowledge and skills in real life situations. But the curriculum is very hectic and hard they've prepared our lectures in that way that we have to come on Saturday's also.

- The sports meet is conducted annually but quality of sports meet should be enhanced

The curriculum is very well oriented and is designed for the betterment of students in all the aspects of medical field. It provide us with full medical and clinical exposure which will help in future practice.

- The hostel rooms are quite spacious and fully air conditioned

- The college campus is under construction
- The sports meet happens once a year but it’s quality could be done better with fair play and equal opportunities

The curriculum of the course is practical oriented and provides a great space for children to learn. The monthly tests makes it easier to study. Proper consistency ensures PG exam to be cracked within first attempt

I'm in MBBS course and the curriculum our college follows is the official curriculum that the NTA suggests. College follows the proper timetable daily and classes are held accordingly. Batches are divided for easy learning.

I chose MBBS because it was my dream to be a doctor. A brief ratio on faculty:student is 1:8. Most of the faculty is qualified from Punjab medical colleges only. And their teaching methods are not upto mark. They just read out the power point presentations that their subordinates or they themselves make for the class. Very rarely a teacher explains the concepts on board. It’s a very passive sort of teaching. Exams have always taken place on term. And it’s of moderate difficulty. 80 percent of questions are from previous while 20 percentage are new questions.
Fee Structure And Facilities:
The total fee here is approx 16-20 thousand, and its double is the hostel fee, so it's affordable considering the prestigious course and as it is the only college where I could research for something, so am satisfied.

Fees of SGRDUHS is expensive as the total fees for 4 year 6 months course is INR 30,63,000 The fee that we had to pay per year was 6,60,000 for the first year, 726000 for the second year, 7,98,600 for the third year and 8,78,453 for the fourth year.

The fee structure here is high prices as compared with government colleges. The total fees is approx 31 lakhs for 4 years and 6 months. The fee undergoes increment every year which makes it even more expensive.
