MANET is more of an academy than a college, the strict lifestyle and discipline followed by the academy transform a normal civilian student into a well-groomed, respectful, and mentally strong sailor. It gives you an exposure of how a person should thrive in difficult situations and helps in adapting to any sort of atmosphere which is essential for a sailor.

The course curriculum is quite lengthy but it's effective I would also suggest that they should focus more on practical skills and improve them Also, the theory part of the course is well planned for the betterment of the students and it provides all the essential information.

The overall curriculum of this course is very well planned and will be useful in the future. We get exposure to expert visiting faculty which is a good thing. We can interact with them. They can improve on including AI in our curriculum which is trending now a days. We have a jury system as exam which is very effective for real life aspects. Also, we have practical exams for specific subjects

I chose btech cse cause I was interested in coding and software development, but here not only do we learn about that but we also have to study the core science subjects like physics and chemistry. This is a drawback and I feel is not (much) relevant to "computer science" but I guess this is how all the courses are made and we have to roll with it. Teaching methods can be a bit full at times that can be improved enhancing interactions. Exams are about 1 - 2 hours long and I feel given that there's about 10-20 questions in an exam it's quite enough time given.
