Medi Caps University Indore Application Process 2025

Students can visit the official website and click on the Admission Registration 2025-26 tab.

The online registration will guide you through the process.

Step 1- Registration Sign-in Page Medicaps Portal

• Click on the New Registration link to sign up for Medicaps-2025. No fee is required for registration.
• Applicants need to fill up their basic details along with the courses/programs they wish to pursue. This can be changed later during the online application, as per requirements.
• After successful registration, login details and application number will be sent to the candidate's email ID.
• Applicants can change their password once they log in successfully.
• Applicants must make sure all the details are entered correctly before submitting.

Step 2- Online Application

• In the sign-in page of Medicaps, enter your Username and Password and press submit.
• Enter your details.
• Enter the details of your academic background to meet the eligibility criteria. Candidates need to fill in the details to verify the results online.
• Please make sure the results are available to you before applying. If your results are not yet announced, click on the check box that appears on your screen.
• Then, enter the entrance examination details.
• Select the courses and programs, and specialization.
• Multiple choices in a defined order can be selected as the priority of the applicant.
• Self-attested photocopies of mandatory documents need to be uploaded.
• After agreeing to the rules and regulations, the candidate can proceed further for payment.
• A payment of Rs. 1580/- is to be made via Online Payment Gateways or UPI.
• It will generate the receipt of the above application form with filled details, along with the rules of admission and the application fees policies.

Phase 3-Online Counselling (Merit Basis Seat Allotment) and Reporting

• The candidate can view his/her allotment according to applied preferences and cut-off marks decided by the University and take a print.
• After confirming allotment, the applicant can proceed with fee payments and other details. It contains a fee refund policy and cancellation policy of the university.
• If not satisfied with their allotment, the candidate can forward their form to the next round. The re-counselling form fee is Rs 500.
• The applicant with nil allotment will not be charged any fee for the next round of counselling.
• The applicant eager to take admission in the allotted branches can go ahead and check the reporting procedure. The details of document verification and semester fee payment at the university premises on or before the assigned dates are included.
• The seats will be treated as vacant if the candidate fails to report during the assigned tenure.
