IIM Nagpur Placements 2024 final report for is released. According to the report, IIM Nagpur average package was recorded at INR 16.29 LPA whereas IIM Nagpur highest package stood at INR 38.40 LPA. IIM Nagpur Placements 2024 saw a participation of 62 new recruiters. Some of the top recruiters included Genpact, Capgemini, TVS, IDBI Bank, Axis Bank, Adani, Deloitte etc. The highest number of offers came from the ITES (33.50%) & BFSI (31%) sectors.
IIM Nagpur Summer Internship Placements 2025 final report is also released. According to the report, 81 new recruiters participated in the process. A total of 262 students participated and received the highest stipend at INR 4.50 Lakhs. - The student background is very diverse. Students with high CAT percentile are there. Students who have previously worked at Big MNCs , Big fours like EY Deloitte etc are there. Freshers are from reputed colleges who have been toppers in their batches

- The placement is not not very good considering its an IIM. It's a baby iim so it's understandable. It is improving. Secondly the companies are mostly startups and not big firms.
Placement Experience:
Placement is good for freshers and even with ex people who want to switch field. Average placement is around 17 lpa which gives a good ROI. Almost everyone gets placed in both summer placements and final placements.

The average stipend for summer internships stays around 40000, with the highest to be around 150000 and the lowest to be 10000. Various big companies like Microsoft, De Shaw, BNY Mellon visited the campus. College guarantees 100% campus placements. For final placements, the placement season starts around September. The highest package includes 64 lpa, with an average package of 16.74 lpa. Majority of the roles are offered for marketing, finance, operations, HR. My plans after getting the degree is to get placed and work for few years under experts and then start a business of my own.

In the first year, students are given numerous live project opportunities which can be paid or mostly unpaid. The summer internship selection process starts in September. 100% placement is attained for Summer internships. The process ended last year by January. The summer internship is for two months from April to June. PPOs are obtained by some students during summer internships. The Final Placement process begins by September or Term 5. The process is completed by December. 100% placement has been achieved this year. The companies that come are Cognizant, Accenture, ADP, BNY, Yes Bank, ICICI, HDC, Mahindra, etc.

Summer placements are finished after the final placements for the second-year students are finished. Students are not discouraged from looking for opportunities outside the college with their connections. I plan to join the company from which I have received a job offer through campus placements.
