I chose this college because it is a all women's government university and our honourable president Draupadi Murmu graduated from this university. It is not far from my home and it is situated in a area where i can avail coaching facilities for competitive exams. Also it is a renowned college in Odisha. I had applied for DU and also got selected in mata sundri college for women but i didn't join because it didn't have hostel facilities and it was far away from my home. The admission procedure for my college is as follows- Apply through sams portal(common application form) Choose the desired colleges Wait for selection list The selection is based on merit basis of std 12th

I have applied first option as Ravenshaw University,Cuttack.I didn't get because cut off was 92% and my 2nd option BJB AUTONOMOUS COLLEGE, BHUBANESWAR, I did not get because first selection cut off was 87% and I have scored 86% in my +2 ARTS. And third option is RAMADEVI WOMEN 'S UNIVERSITY, BHUBANESWAR where I am studying.I choose this because it is one of the university of Odisha. It considers as only one women University in entire state.Quality of education is excellent and success rate is high also.Example is our current President of India Druoupadi Murmu, she has done her graduation from this institution. Admission process is nice as it has its cut off with respective of each and every discipline. Merit based.

I didn't wanted to chose this college but my friends father was talking about this college I felt okay to join because even my friend will choose to join but she didn't come here because of her merit. I wanted to go for ravenshaw but I liked here because I got best faculty. Admission process was really hectic. We rome to lots of places to do admission even I got 1st selection. Hostel admission was more hectic then for college. Because classes started before hostel was open. So when I went to hostel they denied me to enter even after saying lots of times. It's totally a bad moment for me out here. When there was my joing of maths cut off was 87.8% This college allots seats based on percentage. I didn't get any rejection from any college I just joined here blindly

I choose this college over other colleges because 1St of it's location is it is situated in State and being a woman sefety is 1St concern element for our parents or Guardians which this university being a unisex institution rightly resolve the issue.

Well choosing this college was not really a good idea but I had no choice left with me so I took the admission. I had applied to some other colleges but due to personal reasons and grade systems I had to reject them. This University provides a cut off mark for every subject individually to get a seat. If you cross the cut off then the admission is open to you otherwise you have to look for other preferences.

The eligibility in our year was 80% and above now I think they accept 75% also I'm not totally sure. The application form can be collected from the college or you can apply directly from a cafe near you. Exams are moderate if you study well. It's not so tough and exams happen mostly monthly basis. Results are declaration takes time. If you fail to get selected in 1st selection you can apply in SAMS also.
