i wanted to get a degree in computer science engineering so i choose this university as this is punjab's second-best university, best from a placement point of view after pec.
A student who studied well and has good skills in a computer have many chances to got placed many companies like tata , infotech and some of top mncs came to our main campus amritsar for placements of students.

Dislikes

They don't change syllabus accordingly to the changing technology and we have to study the outdated technology.

After passing the 6th semester Student are eligible for campus placements. TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, ZScaler, Josh, etc. The highest package is 17 LPA, the average package is 5 LPA, and 25% of students are getting placed. I want to become a software engineer.

The campus placements are conducted in the final year. Companies come and test the student's abilities and then they choose the qualified students. The students should get a 7 cgpa Or above to sit in the campus placements.

Placement Experience:

After 7th semester you are eligible for the College placement. Various companies like Wipro, TCS, TCS ninja, Accenture, Capgemini make offers to the students. Total 80%of students got placement offers in our college in the last year. According to my TCS ninja offers most of the students and provides more placement offers as compared to other companies.

Placement Experience:

After the sixth semester, students become eligible for the campus internships offered by companies, that provide placements after completion of the course. In the 7th semester students who have the skills, got placed in companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, TCS Ninja, etc The highest package offered in our university is 13.50 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. About 80% of the students got placed last year in our university. My senior told me how he got placed in TCS private limited company and assured me that I will get placed too.

Remarks:

Campus is growing so well but I will suggest to provide more technical skills to the students. Please prefer labs rather than lectures. I will suggest students also to attend lab classes and please dont skip those. You will feel importance of technical knowledge while searching for jobs.

Not a good college. Really. No sports facility, no competitions organized, no social life, no function, no youth festival, no dancing club, just study and that's also theories no practical knowledge.
