I suggest focusing on what is important and that is student achievement. It doesn't really matter who it is done as long as the students learn the material. I would suggest setting up course learning objectives and then assess how well the students learned the material.

Faculty:

The faculty of the college is one of the best. Many of them have degrees from esteemed universities abroad and focus on completion of the syllabus. They are very experienced and in the field for quite a long time. They also review the syllabus to catch up with the industry. Senior Faculties are really good in any branch, but junior faculties are really bad. There is considerable time gap when students are introduced with senior faculties to teach any subject, and by that time junior faculties have already done the damage in building basic concepts.
