The first factor which drove me to this college was the placement and the faculty. the placement of very good last placement which was done was a boy who received 40 lakh package. the faculty is very supportive there always with us which is a problem whether the problem is personal or any professional problem.

I didn't got a good JEE MAINS percentile to take computer science as the branch for my btech that's why I took admission in the 2nd best engineering college after IIT Roorkee. Also my college has a good reputation for engineering placements. In 2019 the average package of our college was 4.5 lacs and maximum package was 55 lacs. GEU also provide great exposure, the guidance of versed faculties and so much more. This college was also near to my hometown which also adds up to choose this as my college.

With more than 35 undergraduate and post graduate courses which is distributed in proportion to the total of 270 well qualified academic staff complemented by more than 280 administrative staff as well providing you with an infinite opportunities in finite concrete walls.

The placement of college in the field of CS is too good, the campus is very beautiful and the city too, lot of opportunities are provided by the University and even the president of the university take classes of 2nd year students

College campus is at very nice place full of greenery.Sports facilities are available with extra curricular acitvities. It has very good placement record. It ranked 2 in uttarakhand after iit roorkee in engineering courses.It also ranked under top 100 engineering colleges in india.

I wanted to do my graduation from my city where I live and secondly graphic era bhimtal is top college for engineering on our locality and the second reason i chose this college because of the study environment as bhimtal is also the place where atmosphere is also good.

- The college infrastructure is average. The sports facilities are not good.
- The faculties have good educational backgrounds. But most of the faculty members don’t put in the required effort.
- The hostel accommodation is decent. The food offered at the mess is decent.
- The CS department has good placement records. Around 80% of students get placed from this branch. The average CTC offered at the institute is INR 5 LPA. But for other branches, placement chances are less than 20%.
- Graphic Era charges huge fees. A BTech degree costs around INR INR 13.32 Lakhs.
