Institute of Foreign Trade & Management popularly known as IFTM is a private university established in 1996. IFTM University has been ranked (101-125) by NIRF under the Pharmacy category in 2024.

IFTM University offers admission to its various courses based on scores in past qualifying exams (i.e. 10+2 score for admission to UG Course & UG score for admission to PG courses). The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to various courses is to have passed in the past qualifying examinations with at least 45% marks for the general category candidates. Hostel Facility: There are three hostels for boys and one hostel for girls within the University campus with a total capacity of 600 boys and 400 girls respectively. Each room is equipped with cupboards, chairs, tables, bookshelves, free wi-fi internet connection etc. Each hostel is provided with a common room where students can relax and watch television. A weekly laundry/linen service is also provided. The hostels are provided with 24-hour electricity and water (hot and cold) supply, purified drinking water and mess service for food with utmost hygienic care. The campus canteen/cafeteria is also available during the University working hours.

Excellence with affordability

Likes

Transport: This is one of the key aspects that is liked in this college the transport of college buses is absolutely free for everyone no student has to pay for buss fee or transport fee
No ragging overall: so basically the juniors and the seniors are so chill about the course that they literally rome around the clg with each other and the seniors often corrects the mistakes of juniors
Faculty: The faculty of the college is well behaved and very cooperative.

Dislikes

I dont like the student mindset about this college that this university is not good. this college has very good in infrastructure and development
I dont like the toilets of this university at all they are not clean.
One of the major unlikable factors of this college is that it does not provide placements.

The course curriculum is good in this unversity although it can be improved but currently it is good and the faculty gives the real time expanation of curruculum throughout the graduation

Internship opportunity provided by the college

Infosys Accenture, Wipro,IBM there are many companies that comes to the college although the university doesnt guarantee your internship or placement it all depends on your merit and talents Also there have benn many projects given to third years so they dont get eliminated and get olacements from these companies

BCA a student has to pay 55000 overall and you can get discounts based on your 12th or intermediate performance. For sc and st category you can get scholarship based admission and the college staff will automatically deduct your scholarship when it comes from the government to fill in the fee.

College fest and various activities

First of all my overall experience is pretty good with my current university and there is dedicated library sections for each type of study and the sports events are very common in my university and and also other fests also common students rusn ekta seva and many more social groups.

Student views on the faculty

The faculty to student ration is like 1 to 100. And the relationship between the faculty depends upon the student itself mostly beacuse the faculty is super approachable and the faculty have this good aura around them that makes you want to talk to them. There are many faculties that i like which are arvind shukla,arvind chauhan and manish ranjan pandey and the faculty that i dont likeis neha joshi i dont know why she targets me or is it coincidence that she points me out for everything.

Admission process of the college

I tried for TMU that is another college in my city and that university is better than my uni because it is bigger than my uni and that uni has more diversity than my uni but there is also fee factor in tmu thats why i didn't choose that university the fee was 10000 more than my current fees for the same course in my uni and the TMU didn't reject me i gave a mock test at the admission cell of TMU and i passed by flying colors also the process of admission in my college that is IFTM UNIVERSITY is very simple you can just go and register your name in the college in whichever department you wish to apply its just as simple as that

I dislike the students that are came for university and whole day moving here and there

I choose this college the main reason are this is near my native place and its facility and faculty are well. No i have no rejection in any college because i m going directly to this college. The admission process is simple method. if you are in scholarship base admission then you done your registration only . Elligibility only 12 pass and check or see in courses detail .The exam result not bad average result is aprrox 70++.

Basic amenities like water and wifi is available for free in the campus
Campus is really wide and beautiful which includes Greenery all over the place
Boys to girl ratio is almost similar as there are 50 boys for every 40 girls

Dislikes

Occasionally riots are really a headaches where seniors or even juniors fight with each other
It lacks diversity of people from around india as most students here are from local

the students interaction also very bad because all are like gans leaders and very abusive also bad behaviour for girls too
there is hygiene maintainance all over the campus

At that time, right after my high school i didn't know much about the value of choosing a particular college so at first after my 10th i persue polytechnic from my current college and after that when in graduation i stay here because of financial issues so that's the reason i'm in this college. The eligibility criteria is like having good marks and a decent stream and there you go there is no specific exams for choosing any course or stream so it's quite easy here for anyone to choose according to their interest without any issue.
